Ashley leads project strategy for Landsight Group developments, bringing expertise in envisioning, design, sales, marketing and execution. An industry leader, Ashley has ten years of experience in real estate, working with developers on more than 40 projects in ten countries. Ashley co-founded The Pebble Group and acts as vice president of strategy. She served as director of business innovation for Playground/Intrawest, the largest developer of village-centered resorts, and was the vice president of real estate for Envisioning and Storytelling. Most recently, Ashley served as project director for Starwood Capital Group and consulted internationally for various urban and resort developers. Ashley holds a business degree from the Richard Ivey School of business, and is a natural leader who unlocks potential to maximize results. She is also active in the Urban Land Institute and the Urban Development Institute.

Barrie has a strong quantitative and business background, with an enviable record in real estate analysis, negotiation, strategic planning, construction, contracting, cost control and asset management of high-profile enterprises, including projects worth over $1 billion. Barrie holds a B.Comm. degree from the University of Victoria, a Real Estate Trading Services license from the University of British Columbia and professional development training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate. As an associate with world-acclaimed companies, Barrie applied his analytical expertise to manage massive building and investment projects. He also cultivated valuable relationships with global real estate contacts which will provide Landsight clients with a pipeline of unparalleled opportunities.

David brings vast experience to our management team, with solid credentials in building business units for multi-national corporations, providing real estate and development consulting services, and leading teams in all facets of property feasibility, acquisition, planning, financing, leasing, on-going project and asset management. An MBA Finance graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, David has worked with top global investment firms in Canada and the U.S. His hands-on expertise includes real estate derivatives, financial and contract management consultancy of mega-million dollar resorts, big box retailers and high-rise residential properties, major construction projects and portfolio management of commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use investments. David is affiliated with the Urban Development Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers and has professional development training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate.

A career networker with more than 25 years of experience, Ray oversees investor relations and corporate development, securing capital and strategic partners for Landsight Group projects. Ray co-founded and served as CEO for MindfulEye, Inc., an artificial intelligence company whose technology became an industry standard. A senior marketing communications executive, Ray was president of Torresan|TCI Communications, a preeminent public relations firm in Vancouver, and managed marketing communications Ray has served as a director of St. Paul's Hospital and is a past director of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
