WATERFRONT - Key Persons

Will Carson, of Saratoga Springs, purchased the properties and businesses from former owner Denis Quirk, Katie Carson's father. Carson is a third-generation owner, with experience in the restaurant, cruises, and events at both locations. Will previously owned and operated Leroy Holding Truck Lease & Service, which he sold in August 2022. Together, they bring over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience to Lake George. When asked why Katie decided to buy her father's business, she said, "Lake George has a nostalgic magic that the families who visit experience with every stay. We are honored to be able to continue our family tradition of sharing our love of Lake George with the best lake experience for all who visit." While the business will remain in the family, there will be many exciting changes beginning with a rebranding of all four entities.
