CTM was incorporated in 1986 with the goal of dramatically improving productivity of organizations by reducing cycle time throughout their business and squeezing out waste. CTM was a pioneer in using appropriate methodology developed by Toyota, to reduce cost and greatly improve flexibility, starting back in the 1980s. Currently, CTM offers several Lean Thinking courses specialized for business and individuals of varying background in Lean.
