ALISON MALLOY

Alison works closely with the brokerage team to provide clients with a tailored marketing plan for their listed properties. She is responsible for all marketing and promotion, including maintaining property listings and working with the property management team to provide added service to our managed properties through special marketing assignments. Her responsibilities include: Management of marketing plans for each property listed for sale or lease Website development and maintenance Property relations and promotional activities for managed properties Marketing/Branding Kansas Commercial Real Estate Services Alison attended the University of Kansas and is an avid fan of the Jayhawks. In her free time she enjoys traveling to warm destinations, reading, and watching or attending sporting events.

BRADY LUNDEEN

Brady Lundeen is the Supervising/Branch Broker for the Kansas Commercial Manhattan branch. His primary focus is sales and leasing in NE Kansas. Brady has also served as property manager for Kansas Commercial overseeing our property management, asset management, and project management accounts. Brady is experienced in commercial property management, construction, and brokerage. His market knowledge spans across Northeast Kansas in locations such as: Emporia, Osage County, Manhattan, Lawrence, Basehor, Kansas City, Topeka and surrounding area. The Kansas Commercial Property Management Team currently manages 25 properties totaling 950,000+ square feet. The Brokerage Team at Kansas Commercial currently lists 160+ commercial real estate properties for sale or lease in NE Kansas. Ed joined Kansas Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. in 1997 with a background in Information Systems, Marketing and Commercial Real Estate Research involving retail shopping centers, multi-family communities and office and industrial buildings. He has worked with a variety of individual business owners, partnerships and institutional clients.

JEFF MULLER

Job Titles:
  • Property Manager
Jeff oversees our managed properties. He focuses on cost saving strategies, resource management, and tenant relations. Jeff is the liaison between tenants and property owners and helps problem solve any issues that may arise. He oversees work order/service requests with the tenant, maintenance technicians, and/or contractors. His responsibilities include: Solving facility related problems Maintaining tenant and landlord relationships Ensuring projects and repairs stay on budget and on time Keeping a network of preferred service providers Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and camping. In the event he is invited to play golf, it is usually for the entertainment value versus his ability!

KRAIG REVELLE

Kraig joined the Kansas Commercial team in October of 2022. He brings with him years of experience in maintenance repairs, remodeling, and roofing. Kraig's main responsibilities include maintaining the various shopping centers our property management team oversees. He also assists with other property management tasks and is a skillful asset to our growing team. He has excellent problem-solving skills and his attention to detail shines through in the quality of his work. He takes pride in his job and community and is a very hard worker. He's the guy that is the first to show up, and the last to leave, making sure the job is done right! Kraig recently moved back to his hometown here in Topeka and loves spending time with his family and grandkids. You can find Kraig cooking and trying new recipes when he's not hard at work.

LESLI GRIMM

Lesli is responsible for the Financial Services Department of Kansas Commercial's Property Management Division. She oversees all accounting functions related to Kansas Commercial's managed property and provides the owners with customized services to meet their individual needs. Lesli's specific responsibilities include: Receivables Management Financial Information Reporting Property Management Banking Customer Service Cash Flow Analysis Special Project Accounting Lesli is charged with meeting and continually improving the efficiency and high standards of the Kansas Commercial Financial Services Department. Kansas Commercial uses industry specialized property management accounting software that provides critical financial information for our property owners. Lesli received her BS Degree in Accounting from Kansas State University. She has a CPA certification and over 20 years of experience in the accounting field. Lesli enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going to concerts, showing horses and helping with the family's cow-calf operation. She is an avid K-State fan and spends a lot of time in Manhattan attending football and basketball games.

MARK REZAC - CEO, President

TERRY GINGRICH

Terry joined Kansas Commercial in September 2017 as a maintenance technician. Terry's main responsibilities include maintaining the KPERS Building, Mills Building, and the Scott Building in the Topeka Downtown business district. He also assists on other property management items as needed. Customer service and satisfaction along with a lifetime passion for helping people are the top priorities for Terry. With over 40 years of maintenance and construction experience, Terry is a highly qualified asset on the Kansas Commercial Team. Terry's experience includes over 17 years working at the Topeka Zoo in their maintenance and construction department. Terry has lived in Topeka most of his life and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing, and creating new recipes. He is an avid KU fan and enjoys barbecuing for friends and family. Having recently made the switch to part-time, he gets to enjoy them all even more!
