Rebecca has a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and brings 20 years of property management and sales experience to Lakeside. As the President, she works to strengthen relationships with new and existing clients for the overall growth and benefit of the company.
Carl joined Lakeside with a business education followed by numerous years in various facets of the construction field, specifically; operations, safety compliance and energy auditing as a certified RESNET energy rater. Technological skills and years of client interaction give Carl the broad background for providing Lakeside clients with quality service.

Dale joined Lakeside as a project manager with 20+ years experience in the industry in residential and commercial construction. Dale has experience managing day to day field operations ranging from site development to building construction and up fits. Dale is licensed in the state of North Carolina as a General Contractor, and is OSHA certified.
Diane Maxon has organizational, computer and communication experience that are utilized in her position as Project Assistant at Lakeside. These administrative competencies have been applied in the construction field providing Diane with the aptitude to ensure that her projects receive the high level of attention to detail required. She enjoys her job at Lakeside Project Solutions and looks forward to expanding her horizons.

Jeff Allen is a project manager with an MBA focused in project management for Lakeside Project Solutions in Denver, NC. Jeff is originally from the Wild and Wonderful West Virginia where he spent two years in the industry of mechanical contracting. Jeff has field experience in residential contracting and obtained his OSHA30 last year. Jeff has always had a drive to lead which is shown through his educational career graduating Magna Cum Laude in his MBA program and serving as team captain of the Akron football team in 2014. Jeff stepped up in a time of need for his last employer and obtained his OSHA 30 to ensure that safety standards were met during projects contracted throughout his time there. He lead safety meetings weekly to ensure the contractors were made aware of the hazards they may face throughout their day and how to protect themselves.

Kara brings to Lakeside over sixteen years as a C-Suite Executive Assistant. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, Kara provides executive support in a strategic business partnership where she serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on all matters pertaining to the office of the President/CEO. Kara consistently demonstrates the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong organizational skills and maintaining a realistic balance among multiple priorities, all while working under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Megan comes to Lakeside Project Solutions with over 8 years in Global Operations and Production Management. Her positive personality and ability to create long lasting customer relationships make her the perfect fit for the team. Megan holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma and has received in excess of 10 awards for Leading Innovation in Lean Management and Project Solutions.
Michael's 17+ years of experience in residential home improvement and renovation projects has prepared him well to meet the needs of Lakeside customers and work effectively with our affiliates to get the job done. Michael earned his Certificate in Project Management from Central Piedmont Community College. His background in international business finance, small business ownership and years of experience in strategic planning and managing projects within the healthcare sector help ensure Lakeside customers receive smarter solutions, attention to detail and dedication to excellence in customer service.

Prior to joining Lakeside Project Solution, Patricia worked for First National Valuations, where she worked closely with customers during stressful situations to complete deadlines on time. Coordinating time-sensitive valuations reports for law firms, business, and loan departments.

Through her background in the legal field and customer service, she has expanded her skills in organizing and communicating which results in fast answers and solutions. Shannon has extensive experience in the legal field and understands the need for timely, and customer-focused results.
