Kary H. Lalani serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Lalani Lodging Inc. and other affiliated entities where he is involved in the investment, development and management activities of the company's hotel and other real estate assets. Prior to joining Lalani Lodging Inc., Kary was an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Guaranty Bank in Dallas, Texas. Kary currently serves on the Board of Directors of the First National Bank of Central Texas, Board of Directors for the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, Vice-Chair elect of the Executive Committee of the Waco Chamber of Commerce, the Owners Advisory Council for the Tru by Hilton brand and is an active member of the Waco Business League.

Munir A. Lalani is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lalani Lodging, Inc. He is also the principal for Lalani Hospitality Group, L.P., Lalani Properties, LLC. And various other related entities. Munir was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to serve on the Governor's advisory committee for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund (TETF) from 2013-2015. Prior to his appointment to the TETF, Munir served on the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board from August 2011 to September 2013. Munir formerly served on the Midwestern State University Board of Regents from 2001-2010 and as its Chairman from 2008-2010. He also currently serves on the advisory board of the Munir Abdul Lalani Center for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise at the Dillard College of Business at Midwestern State University. In addition to his roles as Governor Appointee for various state agencies, Munir served on the Board of Directors for the Bank of Commerce in Duncan, Oklahoma and its parent company, Commerce Bancorp from 2002 to 2022. A graduate of Midwestern State University, Munir also attended Oklahoma State University, University of Texas at Arlington and Napa Junior College. Munir was the 2010 Arthur F. Beyer Distinguished Alumnus Award for Midwestern State University, and was a 2005 recipient of the Outstanding Alumnus from the Prothro-Yeager College of Humanities and Social Sciences at MSU. Munir has served on numerous boards and committees including the Board of Commerce and Industry, Wichita Falls YMCA, Texas Restaurant Association, Young Life and is a former Trustee for the Priddy Foundation. Lalani was named Operator of the Year in 1986 and 1987 by Whataburger, Inc. and was the 1987 recepient of the Outstanding Restaurateur by the North Texas Restaurant Association.

Shea A. Lalani is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lalani Lodging, Inc. and its affiliates. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Shea oversees the day to day operations of the Northern Region. Prior to joining Lalani Lodging Inc., Shea Lalani served as a Middle Market Banking Officer for Dallas-based Comerica Bank (NYSE: CMA). During his tenure with Comerica, Shea originated, managed, and serviced a portfolio of relationships to closely-held and family-owned businesses with revenues ranging from $20 million to $500 million. Preceding his time on the lending floor, Lalani, a graduate from Comerica Credit College, spent a considerable portion of his tenure as a Senior Credit Analyst. As a Credit Analyst, Lalani performed underwriting and credit risk assessments on loans focused in the Energy, Small Business, Middle Market, and Syndication sectors. Shea's community outreach efforts include his involvement with the United Regional Health Care Foundation Board, the North Texas Area United Way, as well as previous Comerica Bank sponsored programs, Junior Achievement and March of Dimes. In May 2007, Lalani received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
