Andy is a principal in the firm, with years of experience and expertise in site design, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, stormwater management, sanitary systems, and erosion and sediment control. He oversees feasibility assessments, site planning and design services for our clients. Andy holds a B.S.C.E. from WPI and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut.

Anna oversees our firm's projects. With over 20 years of experience, she is credentialed in environmental and land use planning for the public and private sector. Anna served as chairperson of the Westport Conservation Wetland Commission and in the Town of Oxford's Inland Wetland Agency, and Planning & Zoning. She was an agent for CT DEEP, and an environmental and land use analyst in property law. Anna holds a BA in Environmental Science.

Anthony is a certified ecologist, soil scientist, and hazardous materials manager. He assists private clients, federal, state, and local agencies and NGOs in natural resource management, ecological risk assessment, habitat restoration, and biodiversity conservation. Anthony has managed the Connecticut Wetland In Lieu Fee Program for Audubon Connecticut since 2016.

Brian manages our Environmental Services projects. Most recently he was Conservation Director for the Town of Fairfield, overseeing wetland and watercourses. He managed open space land-use planning and created and managed the town's Tidal Wetlands Restoration program. Previously he worked on Stratford's award-winning Long Beach Restoration Project and helped create and fund their $4m Brownfield Program.

Chris Allan's work with LANDTECH has included environmental consulting, analysis, and design since 1984. He provides environmental impacts and evaluations, creation, restoration and assessment of upland and wetland habitats, and work on stormwater, sedimentation and erosion control, and land-use projects.
Curt has been with LANDTECH for four years, and has earned his Professional Engineer license. He provides site design and planning and creates engineering schematics and documentation needed for permitting processes. Previously Curt spent several years providing infrastructure design and construction phase services for state municipalities. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Maria has over 20 years of experience in management in engineering and real estate. She has a proven track record of senior-level executive support and financial management. Her ability to streamline processes, predict needs, maximize efficiency, and build professional relationships plays a big role in helping clients and team members solve problems. Our clients also rave about Maria's commitment to sterling customer service.

Mike has been a valued partner at LANDTECH for over 30 years, overseeing our engineering staff and supervising design and management of major civil and environmental engineering projects. Mike announced formal plans to retire earlier in the year, but continues to consult on various projects.

Pete Romano runs our company. He has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, site planning, permit coordination, project team management and construction administration. Pete has overseen public projects for state and local municipalities and provided consultating, engineering and planning to private development firms for residential, commercial and retail projects. • Contact Pete Romano
Sean's work includes site design, drafting and coordination of permitting processes working with state and local agencies on both our residential and commercial projects. Prior to coming to LANDTECH, he spent two years working with William H Gordon Associates of West Virginia. Sean holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Penn State University.

Tom is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Connecticut. After managing his 100-year-old family firm for three decades, he joins LandTech as Senior Associate and Manager of Survey. Tom oversees field crews and is lead on land record research, producing data for property surveys. He has provides land survey and land use services to contractors, developers, architects, engineers, landscape architects and homeowners throughout Connecticut.
