Amy P. Holbrook

Amy is originally from Douglas, Georgia and attended Valdosta State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Political Science. Amy attended law school at the University of Georgia, where she served as Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was also a Dean's Ambassador. After graduating from law school, Amy practiced in the areas of business and commercial litigation in Albany, Georgia for two years before relocating to Valdosta. Amy has practiced with Langdale Vallotton, LLP since her return to Valdosta. Amy's primary areas of practice include civil litigation, where she represents both individuals and businesses in litigation, as well as probate and estate litigation, and landlord and tenant disputes. She also represents clients in complex business transactions, estate planning, and real estate matters. Amy has served as President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association and has served as a Middle District Representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia. Amy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, serving previously as a Middle District Representative for the General Practice and Trial Section of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Valdosta Bar Association, currently serving as Secretary of the Valdosta Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in the Georgia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Amy is married to Claude, and they have two children, Asher and Briggs.

Courtney S. Bass

Courtney Smith Bass is an associate attorney at Langdale Vallotton, LLP. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida. Her practice includes estate planning, probate, business and corporate law, commercial real estate, residential real estate, and secured lending. Courtney obtained both of her degrees from the University of Georgia. As an undergraduate student, Courtney was a member of the Order of Omega Honor Society and a recipient of the William I. Ray Jr. Journalism Scholarship. In 2015, she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in journalism and public relations. In 2018, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was selected for induction into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Courtney served as a judicial intern to Justice Michael P. Boggs of the Georgia Supreme Court. She also participated in the University of Georgia's Prosecutorial Justice Clinic and the University of Georgia's Mediation Clinic. Courtney joined Langdale Vallotton in 2018. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida Bar, the Valdosta Bar Association, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Courtney is a Waycross, Georgia native and currently resides in Moultrie.

Hanna Dunnavant

Hanna Dunnavant is an associate attorney at Langdale Vallotton, LLP. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and her primary areas of practice include business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and estate planning and probate. Hanna is from Cordele, Georgia and attended Valdosta State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration and the President's Award for Academic Excellence. Hanna attended law school at the University of Georgia where she was member of the school's Negotiation Team and served in the Business Law Clinic. During her time at UGA Law, Hanna received the Georgia Municipal Association Municipal Corporation Award and was the inaugural award recipient of the Carol A. Morgan Award for Excellence in the Study of Business Law and Ethics. Hanna worked with Langdale Vallotton, LLP throughout her time in law school and rejoined our firm after graduating in 2023. J. Daniel Schert

Daniel is a partner at Langdale Vallotton, LLP whose practice focuses on commercial real estate, residential real estate, business and corporate law, secured lending, estate planning and probate. Daniel has significant experience handling the acquisition, financing and development of real estate throughout Georgia and the Southeastern United States. Daniel has served as counsel to industrial warehouse developers in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and sale of industrial warehouse space along the Georgia coast, including a $198,000,000 sale of warehouses to Duke Realty. Daniel has served as lead counsel to multiple developers in the acquisition and development of apartment complexes, shopping centers and hotel properties throughout Georgia. His practice also includes representation of developers in the assemblage and establishment of residential subdivisions, condominium complexes and mixed-use communities. Daniel also frequently represents lenders in connection with foreclosures, workouts and restructuring of REO properties, as well as acquisition and construction loans. Daniel graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002, after receiving his bachelor's degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia. He joined Langdale Vallotton, LLP in 2005 and became a partner in 2006. Previously, Daniel worked as an associate attorney with Troutman Sanders, LLP in Atlanta. Daniel is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Georgia's Real Property Law Section. Daniel is the former President of the Board of Directors of LAMP (Lowndes Associated Ministries to People, Inc.), an organization which provides assistance to the homeless and impoverished, and he currently serves on the LAMP Board of Trustees. Jessica Young

Jessica received her bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of UGA's Honors Program. In 2004, she graduated magna cum laude with degrees in English and journalism. In 2007, she graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia's Schoold of Law. While in law school, Jessica was a member of the Georgia Law Review and an intern at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Washington, D.C. K. Drew Parrish-Bennett

Drew is a partner at Langdale Vallotton, LLP, and her practice focuses on representing individuals who have been injured, harmed, or suffered a loss through the wrongdoing or negligence of another. Unlike many attorneys who dabble in the area of personal injury, Drew is a trial attorney who has exclusively practiced in this field for her entire legal career in both Georgia and Florida and specializes in representing catastrophically injured victims, families who have lost a loved one, as well as individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, tractor- trailer crashes, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, unsafe premises, and other hazardous conditions. Drew aggressively pursues each case with the intent of reaching the strongest possible outcome for her clients and she understands that sometimes recovery requires fighting for the compensation clients deserve and she is a fierce advocate who rises to that challenge. Not only is she an experienced litigator, but she is equally experienced in negotiating settlements and has recovered millions on behalf of her clients. One important component of Drew's practice is that she excels at providing clients with individualized attention and is actively involved in every aspect of her client's cases, from the initial client interview through the final resolution of the legal matter. Robert A. Plumb

Rob practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate and employment law. He is also the city attorney for three municipalities in south Georgia. He has successfully represented business clients in litigation involving contract disputes, Title VII and ADEA discrimination claims, PACA litigation, foreclosure, confirmation and collection actions and workout agreements on commercial loans. He has handled numerous complex commercial real estate transactions including the financing of construction of base housing at Moody Air Force Base, USDA and HUD financing for multi-family housing construction and rehabilitation projects, and acquisitions of hotel, convenience store and truck stop properties. Rob has also successfully argued cases before the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, in one case securing a dismissal of charges brought against 15 individuals arrested for engaging in a peaceful protest at a city council meeting by successfully arguing to both the trial court and the Georgia Supreme Court that the statute under which they were charged was unconstitutional. Rob is also the municipal court judge for the City of Remerton. Rob received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1994 and joined Langdale Vallotton in 1999. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is admitted in all trial and appellate courts in those states, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the Georgia Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is a member of Christ the King Episcopal Church in Valdosta.

William P. Langdale

Bill obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1971 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. Bill is a Trustee with the Valdosta State University Foundation and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee. He also serves as a Director of Regions Bank. His practice focuses on business and corporate law, probate and estate planning, as well as residential and commercial real estate development.
