Like any good New Mexican, Fatz was a fixture on the political scene beginning in the late 1950's when he served as Finance Chairman for Governor Simms who must have heard what Fatz could do with $4.00. H.E. Leonard worked until 1994, at 80 years of age. His sons Don and Travis continue a legacy that all started when Gordo Leonard had a flat fixed...
