Andrea Wicks Bowles has a strong track record working with clients to meet business objectives through strategic talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, and management support. Her career has benefited from working at progressive companies such as Work/Family Directions, Bright Horizons, Jennifer Brown Consulting, and now LCW. Identifying the intersection of culture, employee wellbeing, business priorities, and diversity is her strength. She has worked with clients and organizations domestically as well as in Canada, India, Ireland, Mexico, Panama, Singapore, and the UK to strategically consider business priorities, identify barriers to employee engagement, and implement strategies for building an inclusive workplace culture. Engaging employers to participate in supporting the workforce and the communities where they live and work has been her career focus.
Andrea has presented at national and international venues such as the Conference Board, National Human Resource Development India, National Business Group on Health, Working Mother, World@Work, and the World Forum Foundation. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.S. in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College, a DEI Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, and is an alumnus of the Denver Community Leadership Program. Conner joined LCW in the spring of 2020 as the Office Manager. He brings his experience in sales, marketing, and program experience to the team, and his goal is to help LCW grow and flourish. He was promoted to the Associate Consultant role in May of 2021 and to the Consultant role in July 2022. He will use his experience in project and program management to develop standardized processes and procedures to assist his teammates in their everyday lives.

Emani Richmond is a skilled communication professional with direct experience working within various business educational settings across Asia and North America. She leverages her communication and media background to ask questions that drive towards action and a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives.
Before joining LCW, Emani served her community as a Teach For America corps member where she stood on the front lines of educational equity. Her passion is grounded in elevating the voices of traditionally marginalized communities and highlighting their strengths. She earned her BA in Communications, and certificate in Leadership Studies at Hollins University and her MAT in Elementary Education.
Emani currently lives in Charlotte, NC. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting national parks, sampling vegan restaurants, and experiencing live jazz music.

She is a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), a member of the Society for Intercultural Education Training and Research (SIETAR-USA), and has co-authored the Cultural Detective®: LGBT package. She holds an MBA in International Business from DePaul University in Chicago and resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her children.
