Since 1996-2000 as the President Director of PT Jaya Pari Steel Tbk. and then since 2000-2006 act as Surabaya Office Managing Partner at KAP Prasetio, Sarwoko & Sandjaja (Ernst & Young), formerly KAP Hanadi, Sarwoko & Sandjaja. Currently, he is involved as financial and management consultant in various companies and is appionted as the Company's Audit Committee since 2007 until 2013. In 2014 joint with the Company as an Independent Commissioner and as Chairman of Audit Committee.

Indonesian Citizen, born in 1980, Bachelor in Accountancy from Widya Mandala University, Surabaya and Accounting Profession from Surabaya University. Since 2003 until 2010 worked in the Company's accounting department. Since 2010 until now she works as practitioner in several companies. Appointed as member of the Company's Audit Committee since November 2013.
