Arthur P. (Tim) Brazy - CEO, President

Mr. Brazy has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate, financial services and investment industries. Most recently, Mr. Brazy was Founder and served as CEO of Church Mortgage Acceptance Co., LLC ("CMAC"), one of the leading direct lenders to churches in the country. From 2001 to 2006, he served as CEO of Lakefront Ventures LLC, a private investment firm specializing in commercial and mortgage finance, private equity investments and structured finance advisory services. During the 1990s, Mr. Brazy founded and led a series of private investment partnerships that raised and provided more than $5 billion of financing to small businesses and commercial real estate owners nationwide. Prior to that time, he was an officer with Eastdil Secured, a diversified real estate investment bank. At Eastdil, he was responsible for advisory assignments and major property debt and equity capital placements on a wide variety of existing and to-be-built properties including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and industrial projects. Mr. Brazy received a B.S. degree in Economics from the California Institute of Technology, pursued further graduate studies as a fellow at Oxford University, and received an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.

Mr. Doyle has held senior executive positions with a variety real estate companies. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Clearview Hotel Trust, a Hospitality REIT that was in registration with the SEC for a public offering. Mr. Doyle was responsible for all accounting and finance operations. Mr. Doyle also served as the Senior Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer, at HCP, Inc., an S&P 500 REIT traded on the NYSE that invests primarily in healthcare real estate. At HCP, Mr. Doyle was responsible for all accounting and financial reporting, and participated in the acquisition, integration, and financing of over $10 billion in real estate. Prior to HCP, Mr. Doyle served in various positions with the accounting firm KPMG, LLP, including as a senior manager. He holds a B.A. in Business from Western Washington University.

Mr. Pickrell is a technology and infrastructure development leader focused on emerging market technologies and growth-based industry sectors. He has over 25 years engineering management experience in defense, utility and strategic vertical industry applications. He excels in thought leadership from design through technology & product development to deployment & operations. Prior to joining Landmark he served as Senior Engineering Manager of Emerging Business at Ericsson and developed Ericsson's strategy for Private LTE and IoT industry applications. Prior to Ericsson he served at Motorola and Alcatel-Lucent engaged in large complex programs focused on LTE, MPLS and Microwave technologies; and was responsible for the communications system design for the Honolulu Area Rapid Transit Rail system, the State of Hawaii Public Safety Communications Network, and many national and international utility network transformations. He led the State of Hawaii to be one of the first states to obtain its early 700MHz LTE/4G Public Safety Spectrum waiver from the FCC and worked with the Department of Defense to create and design network solutions and information technology systems for classified/unclassified defense systems. Currently he is actively building out one of the first large scale Core Networks focused on delivering CBRS spectrum to industry applications for Landmark Landmark Vertex. Jared holds a Masters in Engineering Management degree from FIU in Florida.

Mr. White is a Regional Vice President of Acquisitions with over a decade of experience in sales management and the origination of non-traditional commercial real estate assets. Prior to his career in the ground lease acquisition industry, Mr. White was a Regional Vice President at Sebring Capital where he was responsible for the Sales and Operations divisions that grew the company to generate $250 million in wholesale loan originations and fundings. Prior to that, Mr. White was west coast regional manager for Aegis Funding, a wholesale lender specializing in niche loan products. He is also responsible for Landmark Landmark Vertex's global strategy for our business unit focused in the IOT and Smart City sectors. Before transitioning in-house, he was a Partner in the corporate/real estate group of a large Los Angles based law firm, where his practice focused on corporate deal making and sophisticated real estate transactions. His represented matters included the development and construction of CityCenter, an $8.5 billion, 18 million square foot, LEED certified, mixed-use development on the Las Vegas strip. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Holston was responsible for Mapletree's portfolio of data centers in North America. During his time with Mapletree and Carter Validus, Mr. Holston was responsible for the Asset Management of over $4 billion in assets. During his career, he has been a key player in the acquisition and disposition of over $6 billion in assets. His experience repositioning assets and negotiating lease deal gives him a unique advantage in maximizing the value of assets. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Henschel was the National Sales Manager of a leading apparel company that generated over $500 million in annual sales.

Mr. Mitch Kogen

Mr. Mitch Kogen is the Executive Vice President of Originations. He has more than 15 years of telecommunications infrastructure and commercial real estate experience and has acquired more than $500 million of existing telecom ground lease assets. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Kogen served in senior executive management positions at several telecom real estate companies where he engineered their acquisition strategies. He has successfully worked with hundreds of landlords in increasing their net operating income by attracting new wireless tenants to their properties and structuring win-win transactions. His in-depth knowledge of lease acquisitions, leasing and marketing in the ground lease industry gives him a unique advantage in serving the needs of his clients. Mr. Kogen attended State University at Albany.
