Blaise Slattery

Chris Houge

Before becoming a Principal at LA Realty Partners, Chris was a Principal at Madison Partners, a Senior Vice President at Insignia/ESG for 4 years and a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in West Los Angeles for 18 years. Gary Weiss

Gary Weiss is one of the founding Principals of L.A. Realty Partners and has been an active broker in the Los Angeles area since 1987. He started his career at Studley, specializing in the West Los Angeles submarket, focusing on tenant representation. After 13 years at Studley as one of their consistently top-producing brokers, Mr. Weiss left in 1999 to start up the commercial brokerage division of Wall Street investment bank, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, headquartered in Century City. Shortly after DLJ's takeover by Credit Suisse First Boston, Gary left CSFB in January 2002 and joined the JH Snyder Company as Senior Vice President, concentrating on new development, acquisition, and leasing. From there, he opened Madison Partners in Century City in March of 2004, with three other partners, which became L.A. Realty Partners in 2010. Gary has made his reputation by representing many high profile tenants and has select high end landlord assignments. He has completed over 8.4 million square feet of transactions, and to date, has negotiated over 468 separate real estate transactions. Additionally, he has represented over 4 million square feet of law firm, entertainment and media companies, and over 2.5 million square feet of transactions in Century City alone.

Hunt Barnett

Hunt Barnett is a Principal with and Owner of L.A. Realty Partners, and has been a top broker in Los Angeles for more than 38 years. Hunt specializes in advising clients on all aspects of tenant and landlord representation including strategic planning, lease, purchase/sale, consultation, marketing, planning/construction and arbitration issues. Hunt's vast experience advising tenants, landlords and investors provides his clients with a unique perspective that most brokers cannot provide. Hunt was a Principal with Madison Partners from 2004 to 2010, and before that Hunt was a Senior Managing Director with Insignia/ESG where his performance and leadership established the Insignia/ESG Century City office as the top brokerage firm in the market at the time of its acquisition by CB Richard Ellis in July 2003. Prior to Insignia/ESG Hunt was with CB Richard Ellis for over 19 years where he was a regional and national top producer. Throughout his career, Hunt has completed more than 1,300 lease transactions totaling over 13 million square feet. He represents large, institutional commercial real estate firms in providing leasing and disposition services for their West Los Angeles office building portfolios, which comprised of 28 properties and over 9.7 million square feet. Lisa St. John

Lisa St. John is a Founding Partner of L.A. Realty Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm representing occupiers and owners of real estate throughout Los Angeles. She brings a strong background in financial analysis and strategic consulting to each assignment. Over her career, she has completed over 3,000 tenant and landlord representation transactions for clients. Prior to forming L.A. Realty Partners, Lisa served as a Managing Director at both Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in the Greater Los Angeles office real estate market. She has been recognized nationally with both firms as a "Top Broker" and held leadership positions with both firms. Lisa has also been recognized as an outstanding real estate professional throughout her career. She is the recipient of the "Transaction of the Year Award" by the Los Angeles Business Journal, received CoStar's "Largest Transaction" Award, and has been honored nationally by Commercial Property News. She was also recognized as one of the "Top Women in Real Estate," and featured on the cover of Real Estate Southern California. With over 27 years of real estate experience, Peter Best is a Principal of L.A. Realty Partners. Mr. Best has extensive knowledge of the Southern California marketplace, representing both tenants and landlords in a broad spectrum of services from Transaction Management to Corporate Services. Mr. Best received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado where he majored in Economics. Tyler is responsible for new business development and market specialization. As a member of L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has been involved in over 2 million square feet of total lease transactions. Prior to joining L.A. Realty partners, Tyler started his career in real estate with Marcus & Millichap specializing in investment sales. Since joining L.A. Realty Partners, Tyler has represented various tenants from a wide variety of industries including law firms, medical, family offices, media, production, marketing and technology. Additionally, he represented institutional Landlords including The Irvine Company, Douglas Emmett, Brookfield Office Properties, CalSTRS, LaSalle Investment Management and multiple others with an aggregate square footage of over 5MM square feet. On behalf of the Irvine Company, Tyler played a vital role in leasing over 380,000 SF in a 14 month period at 2121 Avenue of the Stars. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Tyler lives in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife and three children.
