In 2000, Jerry received his real estate broker's license and created Land On It AZ Realty, specializing in residential housing, land, horse/ranch and investment properties in Maricopa, Coconino and Yavapai counties in Arizona. In 2005, Jerry formed a partnership out of Omaha, Nebraska and the partnership purchased 2,225 acres inside of OX Ranch, a 100,000 acre working cattle ranch located 17 miles northwest of Wickenburg in Yavapai County, AZ. The BNSF Railway, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, Warren Buffett (Omaha, Nebraska) runs through the Ranch. The property has abundant water, three phase power, excellent growing soil and mineral rights allowing for self-sustainable living. It is also an ideal year round climate for horses and cattle.
