L&L has made its beginning from April 2007 as partnership company with a core business objective as PROPERTY CONSULTING SERVICES. The company has been converted as Private Limited status with effect from 2009 April. The company's diversification policy has provided an opportunity to enter into CONSTRUCTION activities. Thereby, it has taken its first project at VENGAIVASAL as joint venture attempt and completed the project on time and delivered all flats. This exposure has given more space to the company and 2nd, 3rd projects respectively at Kelamabkkam and East Tambaram added lot of value in making the companies operations systematic and professional.
