She is a highly respected and caring solicitor with over 44 years of legal experience. As well as running her boutique legal practice in Sydney since 1991, Fay has practiced as a mediator and previously taught Law at Macquarie University, TAFE NSW and the Law Society of NSW.

Fay Frischer received her Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of Sydney and has been admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Fay has also gained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Diploma of Arts in History with Merit (University of Sydney) and a Masters degree in Politics and Public Policy (Macquarie University).
She is also qualified to practice Collaborative Law (BASIC UTS 2/07) and has practiced as a mediator, having trained with the Legal Aid Commission.
