Aaron Price is a senior associate with LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A. He concentrates his practice in municipal and governmental law and has experience assisting the firm's municipal clients in matters concerning the open meeting law, data practices, ordinances, employment, hazardous buildings and properties, licensing, and code violations. In recognition of his work, Aaron has been designated a Rising Star by Thomson Reuters and included in Minnesota Monthly's list of Best Lawyers in Minnesota in the area of municipal law.
Aaron attended law school at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he received his Juris Doctorate. Prior to law school, Aaron obtained a Bachelor of Art's degree in History and Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Amanda joined LeVander in 2020 as an associate attorney after serving as corporate counsel for a local development and property management company. Amanda concentrates her practice in municipal law where she serves multiple cities, helping each of them build a strong community with their own, unique identity.

David Sienko is a shareholder with LeVander. He concentrates his practice on eminent domain, real estate litigation, and general litigation. He represents landowners and businesses involved with eminent domain and real estate matters, including commercial landlords and tenants, industrial property owners, convenience stores, and agricultural businesses. He also represents businesses involved in general litigation or where litigation is just a possibility. He has extensive experience with factually complex civil litigation, especially regarding agriculture, utilities, hydrology, and the determination of economic damages. He litigates cases in District Court, the Office of Administrative Hearings, and at Condemnation Commissioners Hearings. He also serves as a Special Master regarding civil litigation.
David graduated from the William Mitchell College of Law in 2010 and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2006. He is admitted to the bar in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Dakota County Bar Association, the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute, and the National Association of Forensic Economics. He volunteers his time at a drug and alcohol recovery center, a land conservation organization, the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute, and as an investigator for the First District Ethics Committee.
In his free time, he spends time with his family pursuing outdoor adventures by going camping, canoeing, backpacking, hiking, fly fishing, and wildlife photography.

Kori Land joined LeVander in 1996 as an associate and became a shareholder in 2002. Kori concentrates her practice on municipal and government law, real estate and land use, and development. She serves as City Attorney for the cities of Cottage Grove, Stillwater, Hastings and Randolph. She is also general counsel to the South Metro Fire Department, a full-time joint fire department serving the cities of West St. Paul and South St. Paul. As a City Attorney, she has experience in several areas of municipal law ranging from open meeting law, data practices, ordinances, employment, problem properties, land use, zoning & planning, economic development, residential development, public improvement projects, and all the issues that cities face on a daily basis.

Matthew joined LeVander in 2024 as an associate attorney. Matthew concentrates his practice in municipal, real Estate, and corporate law.

Scott Lucas is a Shareholder at LeVander, Gillen & Miller, P.A. with a primary focus in real estate law. He represents clients in both transactions and litigation, including real property sales and leases, eminent domain matters, Torrens proceedings, land use, and title litigation. He also handles breach of contract actions for clients, including commission salesperson disputes and covenant not to compete litigation. He works with clients in the formation and governance of business entities, including corporations and limited liability companies. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Specialist and has been designated as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. He serves on the Real Property Council, the Real Property Legislative Committee, and the Land Records Modernization Committee for the Minnesota State Bar Association and is a frequent speaker and writer on real property issues. He lives in Shorewood, Minnesota with his wife and their four children.
