He has managed the development of many commercial office and healthcare facilities, including imaging centers, family care centers, surgical facilities, physical therapy and emergency centers.
Bob's ability and expertise in coordinating facility design, construction, scheduling and budgeting provides Laughner Patel clients with high-quality, modern construction projects that run smoothly, stay on budget, and finish on time.
Mayur Patel, co-owner and principal of the firm, served as general counsel to a large real estate investment trust publicly traded on the NYSE. In this role, Mayur guided and led the development, construction and financing of real estate projects throughout the East Coast, including New York City, Philadelphia and Washington D.C.
Mayur's experience as general counsel of a large real estate company has enabled him to develop a unique skill set and network of contacts throughout the business, governmental, real estate, financial, legal and marketing communities and synthesize them to create maximum value for all of Laughner Patel's development projects.
