The Healthcare Alliance of Laredo (HAL) is a network of primary and specialty care physicians who have formed an Independent Practice Association (IPA). Our mission is to provide quality health care in an efficient, cost effective manner while allowing patients the choice in the selection of service and facilities in the managed care environment. The organization is not aligned in any manner with any health system, hospital, or insurance company. The physicians who make up the Healthcare Alliance of Laredo serve as advocates for the patient, choosing the most appropriate treatment in the most appropriate facility and settings.
