Brad has worked in the workers' compensation and injury management industry for over 16 years, with significant experience working within highly competitive, technical and regulated industries. Brad has been fortunate to work with some of Australia's largest residential aged care, manufacturing, retail and facility service organisations, providing claims, risk management and commercial advice to all levels of business. He firmly believes that prevention is better than cure, and is passionate about working with customers on best practice early intervention strategies, using qualitative and quantitative information to achieve claim and cost goals. He has worked in a wide variety of roles for a State Government Regulator and private insurers in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining Lawson Risk Management, Jared was the South Australian State Manager for a large workers' compensation insurer. During his tenure, ReturnToWorkSA proudly boasted the most productive and cost-effective period in the scheme's history. He also successfully led a major IT replacement initiative in partnership with IBM. Jared is a passionate and well-regarded leader. He is keenly aware of the complexities faced by business leaders and their employees following work place injury and has a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent outcomes for both. Jared qualified as a Master of Management (Personal Injury) from Deakin University, is a Fellow of the Governor's Leadership Foundation and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jodie Marsh

With nearly 30 years experience in workers compensation and Self-Insurance, Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Team as an accredited Return to Work Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both SA and NSW workers compensation, Psychological Claims and has a great understanding of legislation across Australia. In recent years, Jodie rolled out and lead a very successful Psychological Specialist Team, increasing the return to work rate by over 50% and developed and implemented a proven early intervention psychological claims program to assist with early recovery and return to work of psychological claimants. Working with some of the biggest organisations in the industry, Jodie is well known industry wide for her knowledge and understanding of "Best Practice" processes which reduce workloads and increase compliance. Jodie is one of the few remaining in the industry that has taken a Self-Insurance Licence Holder from "Cradle to Grave", managing the team right up to handing the licence back to Return to Work SA. She is passionate about providing the best quality products and services to both clients and workers as well as supporting her fellow workers and team members. John Emery

John joined Lawson in 2022 as part of the Office Administration Team. He has worked in the workers compensation industry for over 10 years and prior to joining Lawson was 2IC of a Customer Support team that was mainly focused on income support entitlements. This includes Average Weekly Earnings, income support, complex backpays and lump sum payments. John has recently begun developing his reporting skills at Lawson and is building and a number of pipeline and exception reports and also manages worker surveys.

Natasha joined the scheme in 2009, working for a large insurer, she was responsible for providing support to implement a new injury case management system for ReturnToWorkSA. Natasha liaised with scheme stakeholders demonstrating a high standard of work quality, an agility to adapt to the changing needs of the project as well as a commitment to follow through in a deadline driven environment. Following this success, Natasha became part of the Strategy and Projects Team where she was exposed to all areas of the scheme and worked to develop efficiencies, create solutions and provide system support to claim owners. In 2013, Natasha became the Team Leader of a claim support team and her ability to develop people and create good culture, combined with her enthusiasm resulted in a high performing and successful team. She quickly became known as an innovative, dependable and people orientated leader.
