Brad has worked in the workers' compensation and injury management industry for over 16 years, with significant experience working within highly competitive, technical and regulated industries.
Brad has been fortunate to work with some of Australia's largest residential aged care, manufacturing, retail and facility service organisations, providing claims, risk management and commercial advice to all levels of business. He firmly believes that prevention is better than cure, and is passionate about working with customers on best practice early intervention strategies, using qualitative and quantitative information to achieve claim and cost goals.
Brad places a strong focus on client service and customer experience. Having led claims, business development and service experience teams, he understands the importance of open and transparent communication, acting with urgency and proactively seeking better ways to operate.
Chelsea has 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation, coming from a background working for a ReturnToWorkSA Agent.
Chelsea is passionate about delivering quality customer experiences customised to the needs of the client. Coming from a background in portfolio management, Chelsea understands the importance of clear, concise and open communication, the ability to prioritise and the importance of undertaking actions proactively and efficiently.

Chris has years of experience working in workers compensation with registered employers while working for a claim's agent, managing self-insurance for an international staffing and maintenance business as the Self Insurance Manager and most recently working for Australia's oldest family-owned winery as part of the HR team, looking after injuries and health and well-being programs.
Chris is a certified Return to Work Coordinator along with a qualification in Finance.

Elizabeth has over 24 years of experience in the workers' compensation and injury management industry. She entered the industry as a paralegal in a law firm and has worked in a wide variety of roles for a RTWSA Claims Agent. Most recently, Liz was performing the role of Business Analyst with responsibilities to manage key projects; design and implement policy/process improvements and build management and analytical reports.
Liz has a passion for data analysis and has completed studies in Project Management, Report Writing and Lean Six Sigma.
She is a highly motivated, organised and passionate member of the team. Elizabeth is excellent at displaying data and reports in a user-friendly manner to ‘tell the story' and provide assurance to customers. Liz works closely with our clients to ensure they are given information in a format to suit their audience and ultimately pursue and achieve better outcomes.

With over 10 years experience, Elyse is a qualified Return to Work Coordinator with an extensive history as a Mobile Claim Specialist and Mentor. Elyse's qualifications include: Diploma in Personal Injury & Disability Insurance Management, Certificate IV in Personal Injury Management, Bachelor of Management, and Bachelor of Sport & Recreational Management.
Geoff is a motivated claims and injury manager with a passion in facilitating the reduction of injury rates. Prevention is at the forefront of his philosophy that claims and injury management are critical in ensuring the safety and welfare of all workers. He has highly developed analytical and strategic skills to implement efficient and practical injury management systems in a fair and equitable manner with a focus on continuous improvement.
Geoff has over 30 year industry experience in injury management in RTWSA SA agents and Self-Insurance environments, particularly skilled in the management of claims in the Aged Care, Health Care and Manufacturing industries.

Jared has over 25 years of experience in the workers' compensation and injury management industry. He has worked in a wide variety of roles for a State Government Regulator and private insurers in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining Lawson Risk Management, Jared was the South Australian State Manager for a large workers' compensation insurer. During his tenure, ReturnToWorkSA proudly boasted the most productive and cost-effective period in the scheme's history. He also successfully led a major IT replacement initiative in partnership with IBM.
Jared is a passionate and well-regarded leader. He is keenly aware of the complexities faced by business leaders and their employees following work place injury and has a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent outcomes for both.
Jared qualified as a Master of Management (Personal Injury) from Deakin University, is a Fellow of the Governor's Leadership Foundation and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also on the Board of the Forestville Eagles Basketball Club

Jenny is a friendly, positive and pragmatic Claims and Return to Work Consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in both South Australia and Victoria.
Jenny started her career as a paralegal for a personal injury solicitor prior to commencing her journey with one of the largest self-insurers in the country. Built from a strong understanding from admin to Senior Claims Manager, Jenny is an accomplished Claims and Return to Work specialist in Retail, Local Government, Manufacturing, Health and Aged Care industries. Jenny completed her Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation from La Trobe University in 2011, qualifying her as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
With nearly 30 years experience in workers compensation and Self-Insurance, Jodie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Team as an accredited Return to Work Coordinator, Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both SA and NSW workers compensation, Psychological Claims and has a great understanding of legislation across Australia. In recent years, Jodie rolled out and lead a very successful Psychological Specialist Team, increasing the return to work rate by over 50% and developed and implemented a proven early intervention psychological claims program to assist with early recovery and return to work of psychological claimants.
Working with some of the biggest organisations in the industry, Jodie is well known industry wide for her knowledge and understanding of "Best Practice" processes which reduce workloads and increase compliance.
Jodie is one of the few remaining in the industry that has taken a Self-Insurance Licence Holder from "Cradle to Grave", managing the team right up to handing the licence back to Return to Work SA.
She is passionate about providing the best quality products and services to both clients and workers as well as supporting her fellow workers and team members. Having the experience and ability to communicate at all levels, whilst being able to view organisations and workflow processes holistically, really has contributed to creating better workplaces, which is what our organisation is all about.

John joined Lawson in 2022 as part of the Office Administration Team. He has worked in the workers compensation industry for over 10 years and prior to joining Lawson was 2IC of a Customer Support team that was mainly focused on income support entitlements. This includes Average Weekly Earnings, income support, complex backpays and lump sum payments.
John has recently begun developing his reporting skills at Lawson and is building and a number of pipeline and exception reports and also manages worker surveys.
Joy has worked in the workers compensation and injury management industry for over 25 across all Australian states in both Self Insurance and conventional insurance.
Joy has enjoyed working in a number of industries including Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Health, Aged Care and Security.

Kerry provides clients with a professional maturity that has been gained with over 20 years of experience in the personal injury market. She has provided claims management services to registered employers, self- insurers, state and local government. Kerry also spent several years working within a group of medico-legal specialists.
Kerry prides herself on her deep relationships across the market and ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels. She is passionate about customer service, keeping up to date with legislative change, legal precedent and market trends generally. She strongly supports planning and the implementation of new ideas to improve outcomes.
Kerry provides hands on support in contingency arrangements and helps clients source expertise, for short or long-term initiatives, in all aspects of claims and injury management.
Kim has worked in workers' compensation industry for the past 20 years. Kim started at Lawson in 2014 supporting our team of Senior Consultants, and clients with administrative, IT and reporting requests (including data transmissions to state based Regulators).
Kim provides support to private employers and SA Government as a Claims Consultant in multiple states. Kim also assists with Risk Assessments, Work Health & Safety tasks and consultation with Actuaries.

Liz is an articulate, engaging and communicative manager of our Claims and Finance Administration team. She has extensive experience of customer service spanning over 30 years.
Liz leads a team of four workers compensation administrators while also managing all financial aspects of the Lawson business and there is no problem too large or complicated. Liz will find a way.
Luke brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with over 10 years of expertise in personal injury claims management in New South Wales. His experience spans various workers' compensation-related fields, claims management, investigations, audits, and project management.
Luke excels at cultivating trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved, and he excels in the facilitation of positive return-to-work outcomes.
Based in Sydney, Luke's commitment to customer service and knowledge of the NSW legislation makes him a highly valued member of the team.
Michelle is a Director and one of the founders of Lawson Risk Management Services, she has over 30 years' experience across a variety of industries in business finance, administration and team management.

Natasha joined the scheme in 2009, working for a large insurer, she was responsible for providing support to implement a new injury case management system for ReturnToWorkSA. Natasha liaised with scheme stakeholders demonstrating a high standard of work quality, an agility to adapt to the changing needs of the project as well as a commitment to follow through in a deadline driven environment.
Following this success, Natasha became part of the Strategy and Projects Team where she was exposed to all areas of the scheme and worked to develop efficiencies, create solutions and provide system support to claim owners.
In 2013, Natasha became the Team Leader of a claim support team and her ability to develop people and create good culture, combined with her enthusiasm resulted in a high performing and successful team. She quickly became known as an innovative, dependable and people orientated leader. Natasha joins the team at Lawson as a Claim Consultant, bringing this natural skillset in conjunction with her people focused approach, keen to provide first class service in support of the customer experience.
Nick has 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation, coming from a background working in self-employment.
Nick is passionate about managing complex and difficult claims and working with customers to achieve superior outcomes and financial results. Nick's previous experience as a mobile claims specialist enables him to efficiently manage and administer claims while providing insightful support for return to work coordinators.
