Brian J. LeBlanc

Since graduating with honors from the University of Rhode Island in 2017, Brian has become a seasoned accounting professional with a passion for excellence and a commitment to integrity. His versatility is showcased with experience in individual & business tax preparation, planning, bookkeeping, payroll, and compliance. He also values literacy and open-mindedness when it comes to technology, whether that be in leveraging the latest software trends or keeping up to date in this rapidly evolving digital age. Always ready to communicate clearly and openly, Brian ensures that his clients are well-informed and empowered to make sound financial decisions. In his free time, he enjoys photography, hiking, music production, cinema, and a relaxing Sunday of watching football.

Debra Perretta

Deb has been a CPA in various local and regional firms for over 20 years with a background in accounting, attestation and tax services. She is a life-long RI resident and graduated cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a BS in Business Administration. At LeBlanc CPA's, she manages the accounting and general business support for our advisory clients and provides tax compliance and planning services for businesses and individuals.

Olivia Gao

Olivia is an accomplished tax professional with a wealth of experience in accounting and taxation. With a background spanning over a decade, Olivia has a proven track record of providing exceptional tax services to individuals and businesses. Her expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset in navigating the complex landscape of taxation. Olivia's commitment to professional excellence is underscored by her status as a licensed Enrolled Agent, a distinction that reflects her expertise and credibility in the realm of taxation. Robert J. LeBlanc

With more than twenty-five years of experience in accounting and taxation, Bob earned his B.S. degree in Accounting at Roger Williams College. Bob began working for the Internal Revenue Service, but the majority of his career has been in the private sector working with businesses and their owners. His career in public accounting began working at KPMG in Providence, Rhode Island. His expertise includes working with innovative start-ups, established high-tech giants, and local Rhode Island businesses. As a small business advisor he has employed new technology to support expansion initiatives, as well as helping many local and national businesses grow and prosper. Bob is also knowledgeable in computer and other high technology, so he provides information that is accurate, and state of the art. He is a member of the Rhode Island Association of Public Accountants, and the AICPA. Bob and his wife Hanne reside in East Greenwich, RI.
