Leading Edge Aviation LLC is owned and operated by Jim Pope and is centered in the Lewiston/Clarkston Valley of Idaho and Washington. Leading Edge Aviation LLC is a certified Parts 133/135/137 and ACETA OAS/AMD approved Helicopter Company. Our facility is also home to an inland registered seaplane base (SKID ROW). We work in much of the western US doing general utility work, with our specialities being wildlife capture and agricultural operations. At our main base in the LC valley we operate MD 500Ds, the UH-1H 703 huey, AS350 Astars, Robinson R44s and R66 helicopters and large fixed wing airplanes... We do capture work for State and Federal agencies, as well as private industry and others. Our crews have been working together for years and are proficient with darting and net gunning operations.
