Christa Eisel

Christa Eisel, Lawman Heating and Cooling, Inc.'s Controller came to Lawman in 2015 with experience covering a variety of fields under the Finance sector. In her 5 years in the construction industry prior to joining Lawman, Christa was a well-known jack of all trades, where she held positions of Human Resources Manager, Payroll Manager, and Accounting Assistant. In these roles, she compounded her knowledge of policies and procedures, implementation of HRMS systems, and compliance analysis to become an invaluable member of company leadership where she helps develop financial planning decisions and policies. As the Controller of Lawman, Christa leads and manages all of the company's accounting and payroll functions, and is responsible for all financial reporting, general and cost accounting, and audit coordination. She also collaborates with Human Resources on insurance and benefit decisions. After having transplanted back to Northern New York from living in Rochester for 15 years, Christa enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Having moved closer to her family-owned recreational area, "The Pond," Christa helps coordinate events and parties for families and friends, where you can often find her and her family playing horseshoes, volleyball, and other activities.

Corry Lawler - CEO

  • Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of Lawman Heating and Cooling, Inc., Corry Lawler makes final executive and financial decisions, collaborates with Human Resources to improve employee experience, and communicates with the company's Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience at Lawman and having held a wide variety of roles in that time, Corry is well equipped to work with Senior Management to determine what projects to pursue, assist in crafting proposals, and monitor the performance of all departments. Additionally, Corry brings certifications in Quality Construction Management, Primavera Construction Scheduling, and AutoCAD. Corry also keeps himself plenty busy outside of work, by participating in a wide variety of organizations, including the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), local Chambers of Commerce and Town Councils, committees at Samaritan Health, and those of more personal hobbies including aviation. Corry enjoys participating in outdoor sportsman activities and fishing, scuba diving, recreationally flying, boating, and pistol and long-range shooting.

Patrick R. Ward

  • General Manager
Lawman Heating and Cooling. Inc's General Manager, Patrick R. Ward is responsible for managing all company resources and day to day operations, as well as overseeing all projects within the company. Pat's 35 years of experience in the construction industry, of which 17 have been working with Lawman, make him the ideal man to do the job. Those years of experience are built upon his professional certifications, ranging from 30 Hour OSHA in Construction and Health to NYS DEC Erosion and Sediment Control Training, as well as an Associates of Science Degree in Industrial Electronics from SUNY Morrisville. Pat's training in Primvera P3 and the US Army Corps of Engineers Resident Management System additionally make him well adept for managing project costs and schedules, assuring projects meet corporate strategic goals, and acting as a company interface with the Government, Owners, Architects, and Engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, and on budget.

Robert (Bobby) Killmer

When Bobby joined Lawman Heating and Cooling, Inc. in August of 2019, he brought with his 5 years of varying Human Resources experience in previous roles, and his background as a Certified Professional, by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Bobby's interest in a variety of fields are demonstrated by his educational background, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Foreign Languages (Specialized in French), from Elmira College, NY, and a Masters of Arts in Political Science, focused on Security and Diplomacy Studies, from Tel Aviv University, Israel. At Lawman, Bobby is responsible for a wide range of personnel matters. From hiring and onbaording employees, to helping select and explain benefit packages, Bobby promotes continued employment with the Lawman team. Additionally, he is responsible for ensuring that Lawman remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, promoting a safe and productive working environment. As a member (and local Advocacy Captain) of SHRM's Advocacy Team, and Board Member, Treasurer, and Head of Government and Legislative Affairs at the North Country Human Resources Association, Bobby is heavily involved with policies and legislation in the world of work- helping not only influence policy change, but educate local Human Resources Professionals on existing and changing policies. When not focusing on laws, Bobby loves to travel, particularly to places off the beaten path, or with a rich and interesting history. When home, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs, hiking, running, and discussing history, global politics, and past travels.

Robin Rozanski

Robin Rozanski, the Executive Assistant of Lawman Heating and Cooling, Inc. has been a crucial member of the management team, bringing in years of experience in the contract management field. Having joined the team in 1993 and bringing her 12 years of previous experience with her, Robin has experienced almost any situation there is in a commercial construction company. Robin's extensive knowledge of federal and state contracts makes her an invaluable asset in procuring, billing, and closing out projects. Ensuring all documents are in proper order, retained and organized for all past, present, and future jobs, Robin's finger is always on the pulse of what is going on. Robin's professional development experience at local educational institutions, in addition to being a notary public, further demonstrate her professional commitment. Outside of work, Robin is the Secretary of the North Country Draft Horse Club (36 years running) and an avid gardener. In addition, Robin enjoys passing her spare time reading a good book.
