Mr Eric Kwok - Founder, Managing Director
Mr Eric Kwok, the founder of Leadingenes Ltd. has over 20 years of accomplishments across the whole spectrum of human resources management, covering such areas as company culture, merger and acquisition projects, HR policy formulation, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, staff relations, etc. Before founding Leadingenes Ltd., Eric held a number of senior HR positions in major banks, such as Citibank, Hang Seng Bank, Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) , and First Pacific Bank. While he was Head of Human Resources for DBS's subsidiaries in Hong Kong, he also served as Chairman of the bank's Service Steering Committee.
In his HR career, Eric successfully led his teams and handled tremendous challenges, such as post-merger culture shock, high staff turnover, company rightsizing, etc. He also created the largest experiential training forum in Asia, with more than 1,000 participants. One of his key achievements in his previous roles was the cultivation of a robust service-cum-teamwork culture - and he now brings this valuable skill to his clients.
Eric received two prestigious awards, acknowledging his outstanding achievements in the human resources profession. The ‘HR Manager of the Year' award from Human Resources Magazine recognized Eric's proven record in delivering results and driving business performance, while the ‘Good People Management Award' from the Labour Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government honoured Eric for his work in promoting the adoption of good people-management practices - such practices build up a highly motivated and efficient workforce, facilitate harmonious labour relations, and lead to the smooth implementation of business plans.
With his extensive practical experience in human resources development, Eric delivers proven and effective human resources solutions to a wide variety of clients, with whom he maintains strong business relationships.
Eric holds an MSc degree in Training and Human Resources Management.
Mr. Foster Yiu is an entrepreneur, speaker and consultant. He was the former Director of Business Development in Henley Business School and Head of Enterprise Learning in Dun & Bradstreet.
Foster has hands-on experience in leading business, crafting business strategies and identifying business opportunities. He has formal training in assessment and observation skill by A&DC (currently branded under PSI). He conducted assessment/development centres for corporate clients including Philip Morris, Maxim's Group.
He coaches MBA students and graduates, leadership team of start-ups and entrepreneurs. He is also trained in youth counselling. He has been invited by Radio Television HK, South China Morning Post, Metro Broadcast as a guest speaker.
Foster graduated in The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Training Management and a Master Degree in Business Administration. He speaks Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
