Bryce Dillabough

Bryce is a founding partner of Longboard Construction Inc. and has extensive project management experience and construction knowledge. Bryce started in the construction industry in 1999. He is a technical graduate of both civil engineering and surveying technology and started his career early on in the commercial construction industry. His entrepreneurial drive and inherent business acumen lead him to partner in a successful and growing general contracting company.

Cory Robertson

Cory is an outgoing, articulate and energetic individual with proven construction experience, excelling in team building, maintaining lasting client relationships, and operational level decision-making. Cory has always believed in promoting superior performance through accountability, integrity, and innovation. He maintains continued focus on meeting expectations through task prioritization, relationship awareness, stakeholder engagement, time management, and utilizing his exceptional organizational skills.

Dave Steadman

David started his apprenticeship as a carpenter working in remote locations. This meant they did a lot of things themselves, from excavation through to finishing. This knowledge gives David a unique skill set that helps him complete complicated projects with both happy clients and sub-trades.

Lance Nielsen

Lance is a founding partner of Longboard Construction Inc. In the construction industry since 1994, Lance offers a wealth of construction supervision and management experience. By trade Lance is a Red Seal Carpenter and has been a leader in commercial projects across Western Canada that range in size and complexity. His project successes are rooted in strong management skills, particularly coordination and communication among all stakeholders to reach construction objectives.

Shane McIsaac

Shane began his career in the construction industry as an electrical apprentice but found his interests lied more within the direction of overall construction coordination. Shane began his career at Longboard Construction Inc. as a general labourer. Shane was able to demonstrate an exceptional aptitude for commercial construction, specifically with scheduling and the coordination of site activities, tradespeople and clients. Upon presenting strong supervisory capabilities, he was promoted to a Lead Hand shortly followed by Site Superintendent.
