The Lesavich High-Tech Law Group, P.C. became the Lesavich High-Tech Law Group, S.C. when it moved to new office space in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The building which included the law offices in Chicago was sold to a new owner and converted into a new hotel. The firm continues to serve a wide-range of high-tech clients worldwide from its new office space... We form business organizations and draft documents for the business organizations we form. We assist entrepreneurs and start-up companies with business formation.
