Anand A. Kapasi

Anand A. Kapasi, Esq. is a partner at Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Anand attended Rutgers University for his undergraduate degree and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law for his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). Anand focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, administration, probate and estate litigation. Anand regularly advises client on the drafting of estate planning documents including irrevocable life insurance trusts, last wills and testaments, powers of attorney, health care directives and living wills. Anand also regularly represents entrepreneurial and domestic businesses ranging from start-ups and non-profits to established businesses and professional practices. In this capacity, he provides practical advice and assistance on issues ranging from corporate and transactional matters to the daily issues faced by businesses today, including dispute resolution, business succession planning, real estate, contract negotiations, employment matters and representation in the buying and selling of businesses.

Benjamin J. Wolf

Ben is a Partner at Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC and has been practicing law since 2004. He is admitted in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Western District of New York, the District of New Jersey, the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for both the Second and Third Circuits. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan (1999) and a J.D. from Albany Law School (2004). Prior to Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC, Ben litigated for several New York City law firms and was the Court Attorney for a New York City Criminal Court Judge. Ben has successfully argued many cases including, Restrepo v. Home Depot, 92 A.D.3d 857 (2nd Dept. 2012), Matter of Maull, 161 A.D. 3d 570 (1st Dept. 2018) and Neely v Felicetti, 177 A.D. 3d 414 (1st Dept. 2019), and has defeated numerous dispositive motions in both State and Federal court. He is also the author of "Can You Hear Me Now?": Cellular Phones and Mass Tort Litigation After Newman v. Motorola, 14 Alb.L.J. Sci. & Tech. 267 (2003). Before beginning his legal career, Ben worked for several years as Legislative Assistant for a New York Congressman in Washington, D.C. He is a member of Business Network International (BNI), the New York City Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA). He is also on the Executive Committee of the Albany Law School National Alumni Association and a Pro Bono Counsel at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Joe is the Managing Partner at Jones, Wolf & Kapasi, LLC. He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of New Jersey, Western District of Wisconsin, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Joe brings 20 years of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and capital raising to his law practice. He holds a B.S. in both Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Associates, and Connecticut State Bar Association. He also served as President and CEO of Global Holding and Investment Company, LLC and Gold Bond Financial Services, LLC, and Treasurer of the League of Mortgage Lenders. In addition to practicing law, Joe has volunteered as a Youth Director at Advent Lutheran Church in New York City where he has also served as Vice President of the church counsel. Paul Gottlieb

Paul's practice is in the area of trust and estate planning and estate administration. After graduating from Queens College of the City University of New York, where he earned his undergraduate degree, Paul became a journalist for the U.S. Army in Europe. Upon completion of his military duties, he attended New York Law School, where he earned a JD degree. He joined the Internal Revenue Service after law school in 1972 and advanced in rank to become a senior attorney in the Estate and Gift Tax Section. Paul left the IRS in 1976 and has been in private practice ever since. Paul has handled several hundred estate plans and estates, both in private practice and while with the United States government, and has conducted numerous seminars in the field of estate planning. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of New York City, as well as the New York State Bar Association.
