I was previously CFO and controller for a major manufacturing company doing over $5,000,000 in revenue per year. Responsible for the accounting and data processing departments, I was instrumental in taking the company public and handling their SEC reporting and filings. I was responsible for securing the company's financing and working with the necessary banks and legal firms, as the company grew from 10 to 100 employees...
