Leo Bynum is a GIS expert. He was the lead consultant for SDE with ESRI. Now working for NISAC at Sandia National Labs, Leo Bynum is also a pilot and jazz pianist... Mr. Bynum worked eleven years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab (NASA/JPL) and was a member of the Magellan Space Flight Team that mapped Venus. He later served as senior professional services consultant with ESRI, the world's leading GIS software vendor, and then as a GIS product manager with Autodesk. Mr. Bynum was a member of the founding engineering team for the venture-funded company NearSpace producing mapping and navigational solutions for handheld devices.
