Accordingly, and in light of these changes, Litigation Alternatives' model of service has been altered so that we now represent and recruit Hearing Officer/Mediators and Arbitrators across the state who are listed under the headings and Our Mediators & Arbitrators... Additionally, because we are committed to the concept of "mutual agreement" in the selection of Mediators or Arbitrators, we occasionally facilitate hearings for Hearing Officers not currently on this site. We will also assist parties who need to find a Hearing Officer who will fit the needs of a particular dispute, even if the matter is ultimately heard by one of our "competitors."... Litigation Alternatives has now made the transition to a virtual service model in addition to live hearings. Accordingly, our hearings will now be held at the office of the one of the parties or at a neutral site. Social distancing may be the order of the day along with masks as an option of each participant.
