Crystal completed her Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology & Anthropology at Simon Fraser University. She attained her law degree at the University of Windsor and, after articling at a midsize firm in the Fraser Valley, was called to the bar in 2014.
Howard Wiens was born in Vancouver but spent most of his childhood living on the Prairies and in Quebec. He received his Bachelor of Arts - Business Administration from Trinity Western University in 1987, his Bachelor of Laws from UBC Law School in 1992 and was called to the bar by the Law Society of BC in 1993.
Mark Warkentin is a founding partner of Linley Welwood, and serves as Managing Partner. His areas of practice include real estate transactions, real estate development, business transactions, financing, corporate, and commercial law. He holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Saskatchewan (1988), and a J.D. from the University of British Columbia Law School (1992).

After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University in 2011, Natasha attended law school at Thompson Rivers University. She received her Juris Doctor in 2016 and was called to the BC Bar in 2017. Natasha practices in areas of employment law, and estate litigation.

Peter Loewen was raised in Abbotsford. He focuses his litigation practice on all disputes concerning land such as: construction disputes, builders liens, lease disputes, property conveyance disputes and environmental contamination. Peter also prepares custom construction contracts and land leases.
Peter completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Trinity Western University. In 2017 Peter earned his law degree from Peter A. Allard School at the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in 2018.
Tony is a partner in Linley Welwood LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University in 2001, where he majored in Economics. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004 from the University of New Brunswick. Upon completing his law degree, Tony was called to the B.C. Bar in 2005.
Tony is also counsel for several institutional lenders and acts on their behalf to prepare loan and security documentation for commercial financing transactions.
Outside of the office, Tony is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing sports, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two children.
