Brent Rhodes joined Hub Group as Chief Accounting Officer in 2024. Prior to joining Hub, Brent served as Chief Accounting Officer of ATI Physical Therapy through transformational years, including as ATI became a publicly traded company. Prior to ATI, Brent held various positions in the Audit and Transaction Services groups of Deloitte & Touche LLP since 2012.
Brent is a Certified Public Accountant and received his master's and bachelor's degrees in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brian Alexander was named Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Previously, Brian was responsible for Hub Group's logistics solutions, which include managed solutions, consolidation and fulfillment, international freight, and final mile.
For nearly two decades, Brian has played a leading role in developing and implementing Hub Group Logistics multi-modal solutions across North America, which led to him becoming Vice President of Operations in 2010. In this role, he was responsible for the operational execution and excellence for Fortune 500 manufacturing, retail, and consumer packaged goods clients. Before that, he served as Hub Group Logistics Senior Director of Strategic Accounts where he managed and directed continuous improvement initiatives for 10 years.
Brian serves on the advisory board of Marquette University's Center of Supply Chain Management. He is also active as a youth sports coach.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cardinal Stritch University.

Brian Meents was named Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer and President of ITS in February 2024. He is responsible for Intermodal, Pricing, Analytics, Continuous Improvement, Customer Success, and Marketing. Brian joined Hub Group full time in 2009 following an internship with the Marketing team. He began his career in the newly formed Business Development group, where he focused on the growth of the company's top accounts through strategy and analytical support.
Following his tenure in Business Development, Brian worked on the implementation of the company's corporate strategy initiatives. In 2016, Brian became Vice President of Account Management, where he focused on the development of client relationships, account strategy and innovation. Brian most recently served as Hub Group's Executive Vice President of Account Management, Sales, and Marketing.
In addition to his responsibilities at Hub Group, Brian also serves on the board of the University of Denver's Transportation and Supply Chain Institute.
Brian received his Bachelor's degree from North Central College and an Executive Master's degree in Transportation from the University of Denver.

Brian Murphy was named Hub Group's Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for Consolidation & Fulfillment in October 2024. In this role, Brian is responsible for warehouse, consolidation and fulfillment operations to deliver great service to customers and growing this line of business.
Prior to joining Hub Group, Brian held various leadership sales roles in the transportation and logistics industry at XPO Logistics, Ryder Logistics, Stord and Blue Ridge Global. He has a proven track record of significantly growing and scaling the business.

Chris Hoffmeister was named Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Account Management in 2022. Previously, Chris served as Executive Vice President, Account Management and has held numerous positions within Hub Group Retail, Brokerage and Logistics teams. Chris joined Hub Group in 2002, in the St. Louis office where he played a leading role in developing multimodal solutions for some of Hub Group's largest retail customers. Chris also developed and led Hub Group's Emergency Response solutions that supports our customers during natural disasters.
In addition to his leadership with Hub Group, Chris also serves on the committee for Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA).

David Yeager is Executive Chairman of the Board of Hub Group, one of North America's leading supply chain solutions companies. Son of the late Phillip C. Yeager, Hub Group's founder, David joined the company in 1975. Over his career with Hub Group, he has overseen its transformation from an intermodal marketing company into a comprehensive supply chain solutions provider offering a full suite of transportation and logistics management capabilities.
David served as the company's Chief Executive Officer for 26 years, leading Hub Group's 6,000+ employees in their effort to deliver innovative supply chain solutions with industry leading service. In 2008 he was elected Chairman; prior to that he served as the company's Vice Chairman.
In addition to his corporate responsibilities, David serves on the Board of Directors of Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital-Chicago and as a lifetime Trustee of Fenwick High School. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the University of Dayton.
David received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Dayton in 1975.
David's children, Matthew and Phillip, also hold leadership positions in the company, serving as the family's third generation of leaders at Hub Group.

Dhruv Bansal is Hub Group's Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He leads Hub's Global Information Technology Group, providing innovative solutions to our customers, service providers, and employees throughout North America. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Application Development and was responsible for the development, configuration, and delivery of Hub Group's software as well as the product development strategy, architecture, and technical solutions.
Dhruv has spent over 20 years in engineering and product development roles. Before joining Hub Group, he served as Vice President Transport IT Solutions for a large supply chain industry leader. In this role, he led IT for multiple North American transportation business units, leading their IT strategies and visions.
Dhruv earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India, and a bachelor's degree in engineering from V.J.T.I. in Bombay, India.

Gary Yablon has served as a director of Hub Group since May 2022. He also serves as Chair of the Company's Audit Committee. From 2004 to 2022 he served as a Managing Partner at Impala Asset Management, an investment management firm with approximately $1.5 billion of assets under management. His investment expertise includes securities analysis and portfolio management across industries with a focus on global transportation/industrials and logistics.
Prior to Impala, he was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in charge of all freight transportation and logistics equity research. Earlier in his career, Gary worked at Schroder Wertheim as a Managing Director overseeing their transportation related equity research and at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
He was recognized by Institutional Investor Magazine as the number one transportation analyst in one or more of the Railroads, Trucking, Airfreight, or Ground Transportation sectors for eight years in a row. In 2010 he was named to the Institutional Investor Hall of Fame.
Gary received a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and an M.B.A from New York University.

Geoff Turner was named Executive Vice President, Truck Brokerage in 2022. Leading up to its acquisition by Hub Group in 2021, Geoff served as President and CEO of Choptank Transport, where he helped achieve one of the fastest growth rates in the industry with its expansive network of over 20,000 carriers throughout North America, specializing in chilled and frozen solutions.
Geoff has served as a Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) board member since 2005 and was previously the chairman of its shipper council. He serves as an advisory board member at Salisbury University's Perdue School of Business and Director and board member of Provident State Bank.
Geoff earned a Master of Business Administration degree in business from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in business and management from University of Maryland - College Park.

Jakub Cerny is Executive Vice President, Fleet Services. Jakub manages Hub Group's transportation assets across intermodal, dedicated, truck brokerage, final mile as well as emergency response services. Additionally, Jakub leads Hub Group's fleet technology, including in-cab technology, trailing asset tracking and emerging technology.
Previously, Jakub served as a Senior Vice President, Fleet Services, since February 2020, responsible for Hub Group's transportation asset management, maintenance and repair, and fleet technology research and implementation. Jakub has also led several projects to improve Hub Group's container design and served in several additional management roles since joining the company in 2002.
Jakub earned an equivalent of a Bachelor of Science degree from Czech Technical University (CVUT), Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Structures in Prague, Czech Republic.

James Kenny has served as a director of Hub Group since May 2016. He also serves as Chair of the Company's Compensation Committee. Currently retired, James has also served on the board of Kenny Industries, LLC, since 2006. Kenny Industries is a holding company that owns office and industrial parks in northern Illinois, among other assets.
From 2011 until April 2020, James served as a director of Kerry Group, PLC, a company traded on the London and Dublin stock exchanges with a market capitalization of 20 billion euro. He also served on Kerry Group's Nominating and Compensation Committees.
James served as Executive Vice President and Director of Kenny Construction Company from 1994 until the company was sold in 2012. Kenny Construction Company, founded in 1927, was involved in building projects across the United States and Kenny Management Services oversaw large, complex construction projects such as the Chicago Midway Airport expansion and the Chicago Bears' stadium renovation. He was also President of Kenny Management Services from 2006 to 2012.
From 2003 until 2006, James served as United States Ambassador to Ireland.

Jenell R. Ross is the President of the Bob Ross Auto Group in Centerville, Ohio, a position she has held since 2010. The company's Mercedes-Benz dealership is the first African American-owned Mercedes-Benz dealership in the world, and Ms. Ross is the sole second-generation African American female automobile dealer in the country. The company also represents the Buick and GMC brands. Jenell not only serves the dealership's customers but the community in general, sitting on many civic boards and committees. She is currently a member of the University of Dayton Board of Trustees and was previously the chair of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Board of Cleveland (Cincinnati branch). A charity close to her heart is The Norma J. Ross Memorial Foundation, in honor of her late mother, which supports underserved women affected by breast cancer. Jenell earned her bachelor's degree from Emory University in Atlanta. She is an avid golfer and swimmer and enjoys traveling.

Jessica Pokrajac is Executive Vice President, Customer Solutions. In her role, Jessica develops new internal and external solutions, drives company growth and renewals, and identifies and implements initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service.
Jessica started her career with Hub Group in June 2010, where she served as a Logistics Coordinator in the St. Louis office. Over her career with Hub Group, she has held several analyst and leadership positions within the Solutions organization, focusing on business development, continuous improvement, and product development.
Jessica earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a master's degree in Transportation Management from the University of Denver.

Kevin Beth was named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2024 with responsibility over the organization's financial activities, acquisitions, investor relations and relationships with the company's lenders. Prior to this role, Kevin was Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer where he transformed Hub Group's financial systems and was instrumental in leading the accounting organization through the integration of acquisitions, divestitures and the implementation of new accounting standards.
Kevin joined Hub Group in 2003 as Corporate Controller and served as Controller and Assistant Treasurer since 2007. He is a Certified Public Accountant and held various auditing and corporate accounting positions prior to joining Hub Group.

Lisa Dykstra serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, a position she has held since 2015. She has spent much of her nearly thirty-year information technology career in leadership positions at the country's top academic medical centers including the University of Chicago Medicine, Rush University Medical Center, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Lisa's career focus is to drive healthcare delivery transformation and value, including through applications, digital health, information and cyber security, and technology programs. She is an award-winning CIO, being named Enterprise CIO of the Year 2019 and winning a Chicago Orbie award.
She is actively involved on several community and industry boards, including Erie Family Health, the InspireCIO/Chicago CIO Leadership Association and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. Lisa has served on the American Heart Association - Go Red For Women Board since 2016.
She received a B.A. in Communications from DePaul University.

Lorna Williams was named Vice President, Investor Relations in 2024, where she oversees all aspects of the Hub Group's investor relations activities. In this capacity, Lorna collaborates with management to develop a compelling investment thesis and serves as the liaison for current shareholders, potential investors, and the financial community. Prior to this role, Lorna held investor relations positions at Baxalta, Hillrom, and Cue Health. During these roles, she played a key role in the successful launch of a Fortune 500 company, facilitated the integration of fully acquired companies following transactions, and established world-class investor relations processes and procedures. In addition, Lorna has held various leadership positions in corporate strategy, finance, and program management.
Lorna earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and bachelor's degrees in Finance and Mathematics from Ohio State University.
Martin Slark has served as a director of Hub Group since February 1996 and as the Company's Lead Director from November 2016 until November 2019. From 2005 until his retirement in 2018, Martin served as Chief Executive Officer of Molex Incorporated, a manufacturer of electronic, electrical and fiber optic interconnection products and systems. He is also a Director of Liberty Mutual Holding Company, Inc., and Northern Trust Corporation.
Martin is a Companion of the British Institute of Management and received a Master's in Business Administration degree from the London Business School in 1993, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Portsmouth University in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Reading University in 1977.

Mary Boosalis has served as a director of the Company since May 2018. She also serves as Chair of the Company's Nominating and Governance Committee. From 2017 to 2022, she served as President and CEO of Premier Health, the largest health system in southwest Ohio. Mary served as President of Premier Health and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the organization from 2013 to 2017. Mary joined the health system in 1986, progressively expanding her leadership roles, including five years as President and CEO of Miami Valley Hospital.
Mary is a past diplomat for the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the Ohio Hospital Association and the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association Boards. She is a past Chair of the University of Dayton Board of Trustees. Additionally, she has been a member of the Dayton Chamber of Commerce Board, the Dayton Business Committee, the Dayton Development Committee, the Dayton Minority Inclusion Committee and the Learn to Earn Board. Mary has been named to the Top 10 Women list by the Dayton Daily News, as an Ohio Most Powerful and Influential Woman by the Ohio Diversity Council, and as a Woman of Influence by the Dayton YWCA. Michael Daly was promoted to Hub Group's Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy in 2022 after previously serving as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy since 2020. Mike's primary responsibility is identifying, executing and integrating strategic acquisition opportunities for Hub Group. He led the Company's acquisition of NonstopDelivery in December 2020, Choptank Transport in October 2021, TAGG Logistics in August 2022, and Forward Air Final Mile in December 2023.
Mike started at Hub Group in 2015 and has held a variety of positions in Business Transformation, Talent Management and Program and Change Management. Before his tenure at Hub Group, Mike served as a consultant for Axiom Consulting Partners (now Lotis Blue Consulting) and Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse).

Michael E. Flannery is the Chief Executive Officer of Duchossois Capital Management, a position he has held since 2017. Mike joined Duchossois Capital in 2013 as President and Managing Director. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Duchossois Group and as the Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Rail Group, LLC, a leading manufacturer of rail cars for North American and European Markets.
Mike is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Chamberlain Group, Inc., Maritz, Inc., Energy Distribution Partners, Riverside Rail, the Board of Trustees at the Field Museum, the Board of Visitors for the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and the Board of Directors of the Executives' Club of Chicago. Peter McNitt has served as a director of the Company since May 2017 and Lead Director since November 2019. In addition to his role as Lead Director, Peter serves as Chair of the Audit Committee.
Peter retired in December 2018 as the Vice Chair of BMO Harris Bank. During his career, Peter held many leadership roles with BMO Harris. He was named Senior Vice President and Head of the Emerging Majors Midwest in 1994. Subsequently, he led U.S. Corporate Banking as its Executive Vice President, U.S. Investment Banking as its Executive Managing Director and Business Banking as its Vice Chair.
In addition to his role at Hub Group, Peter also serves as a director of Old Republic International Corporation, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee.
Peter graduated from Amherst College and has attended Northwestern University's Graduate School of Management and the Graduate School of Credit and Finance at Stanford University.

Phillip Yeager is Hub Group's President, Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to Vice Chairman of the Board in February 2024. Prior to these roles, Phil served as President and Chief Operating Officer where he developed and executed the strategy to diversify our service offerings, enhance our technology and deliver a world class customer experience. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer from January 2018 to July 2019 where he led Hub Group's go to market strategy and its intermodal and truck brokerage operating units.
Phil joined Hub Group in 2011 as the Director of Strategy and Acquisitions. He then held roles as Vice President of Account Management and Business Development in 2014 and Executive Vice President of Account Management and Intermodal Operations in 2016.

Scott Robider is Executive Vice President, Final Mile. Scott is responsible for executing the strategic vision and driving operating efficiency in the final mile network.
Prior to Hub Group, Scott served in various senior leadership roles at Forward Air and led the development of the retail fulfillment and final mile divisions for the company. Forward Air Final Mile was acquired by Hub Group in December 2023, a sophisticated white glove delivery, assembly, and installation with a heavy focus on appliances.

Shannon McCullough was named Senior Vice President, Dedicated Operations in July 2024 responsible for operational excellence, strategic vision and customer service for Hub Group's Dedicated solutions. She joined Hub Group in December 2019 as Terminal Manager for Intermodal Operations in Memphis, TN. Since then, Shannon has held a variety of positions in Operations where she focused on delivering service, safety and efficiency for Hub Group's drivers and customers. Prior to Hub Group, Shannon has held other transportation and logistics positions at ABF Freight and Roadrunner Transportation.
Shannon received a bachelor's degree in political science and economics and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.

Stephen Wilson was named Hub Group's Senior Vice President, Logistics in February 2024. In this role, Steve is accountable for customer engagement and growth, financial results, and operating efficiency for Managed Transportation. Steve joined Hub Group in July 2010 responsible for the growth and operations of brokerage. Since then, he's held a variety of Brokerage and Logistics positions focused on account management and delivering value to Hub's customers.
Steve has had a robust career in transportation and logistics with positions held at Sunset Transportation, LMS Logistics, Sunteck Transport and C.H. Robinson/American Backhaulers. Responsibilities have ranged from carrier operations to pricing and customer growth and engagement.
Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.

Tom LaFrance was named Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer and Corporate Secretary in February 2024 after having joined Hub Group in 2021 in the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Tom has over 30 years of experience through multiple general counsel positions including with General Electric Company's transportation and security technology divisions, United Technologies, Wabtec Corporation, and most recently, National Grid, a large London-based energy company. Earlier in his career, LaFrance was a litigation partner at the law firm Goodwin Procter.
Tom was recognized in 2017 with the GE Legal Diversity Award and sits on the board of the Legal Prep Charter Academy in Chicago. LaFrance graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Troy Spolum was named Executive Vice President, Intermodal in March 2023. Prior to that, Troy served as Executive Vice President, Truck Brokerage where he drove record growth through technology enhancements, acquisition integration and improved efficiency.
Troy's responsibility leading the Intermodal Operation began in January 2016 when he was promoted to the Vice President of Intermodal Operations, initially responsible for restructuring the department into a solutions-based operation centered on service and efficiency. His career at Hub Group started as a Pricing Analyst in July 2006. Troy progressed into leadership within the Business Development organization, leading restructuring and various process initiatives including the development and implementation of our Acceptance Optimization Program.
Troy received his bachelor's degree in economics and a Business Cognate from Michigan State University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from University of Notre Dame.
