Angela K. Troccoli

Angela K. Troccoli, Senior Associate, joined the Firm in 2006. Angela concentrates her practice on representing consumers for claims involving Lemon Law, Breach of Warranty, Consumer Fraud as well as representing individuals in various FDCPA and TCPA claims. Prior to joining Kimmel & Silverman, P.C., Angela practiced in many different areas of civil litigation including real estate, domestic relations, trusts and estates, probate, breach of contract and personal injury. From 1996 to 1999, Angela was a member of the New England Trial Advocacy Team, interned at the New Center for Legal Advocacy representing indigent clients as well as interned at the Office of the Attorney General in Providence, Rhode Island. Blake Walsh

A two-time Grammy Award winner, Blake uses her background as a professional musician to engage and persuade. She cultivates relationships with clients, establishing a kinetic environment where client value flourishes. Blake will utilize her experience in the industry combined with her legal prowess to ensure your best possible outcome. Before joining Kimmel and Silverman, P.C., Blake's practice focused on breach contract and intellectual property law. Blake Walsh earned her law degree from Robert H. McKinney Indiana University School of Law. She also holds a Masters in Music from Belmont University.Blake is currently licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Tennessee.

Chad P. Doman

Chad P. Doman attended Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2008. After graduating from Penn State, he attended Duquesne University School of Law, graduating in 2011. He has represented Plaintiffs in varying types of civil litigation, including personal injury and products liability cases. He also has experience in Section 1983 civil rights litigation, as well as experience in practicing criminal law and e-discovery. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Craig Thor Kimmel

Craig Thor Kimmel is one of the most experienced and respected consumer attorneys in the United States. Along with his partner, Robert M. Silverman, he has been called a pioneer in consumer protection and cost-free legal representation. Beginning in 1989, he has devoted his practice solely to consumer claims, primarily Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) and Automobile Warranty "Lemon Law" claims. In 1997, he served as legal consultant to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and continues to consult with the Consumer Affairs Committee when asked. He is credited with being responsible for the only two amendments to the Pennsylvania Lemon Law and authoring the first Computer Lemon Law bill in the United States, which also served as a model for Illinois, Connecticut, and California. Mr. Kimmel has made repeat appearances on national television discussing his cases and consumer law issues, and has given interviews to newspapers, magazines, and radio programs. Within the profession, Mr. Kimmel has been a keynote speaker for legal education seminars and has shared his experiences with community groups nationwide. Mr. Kimmel does not represent businesses or business interests. He instead has chosen to represent individuals and has done so many thousands of times. He has also served as class counsel in cases that have pushed for product improvements and changes in how business responds to customers. He has successfully argued for clients at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on matters having a national impact that continue to be cited as authority. In 1986, Mr. Kimmel earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees from Ursinus College and, in 1989, a Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and Massachusetts State Courts, as well as several Federal Courts across the United States. He is active in the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the New York Bar Association. Mr. Kimmel is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association.

Jacqueline C. Herritt

Jacqueline C. Herritt, Managing Attorney, has successfully handled over 15,000 Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty cases throughout her sixteen-year career at Kimmel & Silverman. Ms. Herritt graduated from Temple University and attended Temple University School of Law. One of the Country's most prominent women consumer attorneys, she has been featured in numerous television and newspaper features on consumer issues. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, the District of Columbia and Ohio.

Jake Ginsburg

Jake Ginsburg handles cases in a variety of practice areas within the umbrella of consumer protection. Those practice areas include: Lemon Law and automobile warranty matters, as well as consumer credit litigation, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and consumer class-actions. Mr. Ginsburg brings with him experience at both large and small boutique law firms. Jake was the instructor for two continuing legal education courses on the topic of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's regulations on mortgage foreclosures. Jake is a graduate of Temple Law School where he served as articles editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal and received an award for outstanding oral argument in Temple's nationally recognized trial advocacy program. Jake is licensed to practice law in state and federal court in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Michigan, as well as federal court in Ohio and Texas. Each year from 2020 through 2024, Jake was recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyers Rising Star" in the field of consumer protection litigation.

Johanny Grullon

Johanny Grullon is a graduate of Dominican College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Criminal Justice. Johanny earned her law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 2020. While attending Western New England, Johanny served on the board for the Latino Law Students Association and received a CALI Excellence Award for the Future in Bankruptcy. Upon graduation from law school, Johanny clerked for the Honorable Ernest M. Caposela, A.J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County Vicinage. Johanny also completed a second clerkship with New Jersey Superior Court Clerk's Office. Johanny is currently licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Joseph D. Steward

Joseph D. Steward attended Holy Family University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2017. After graduating from Holy Family, he attended Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law,. Following his graduation, Joseph was admitted to practice law in California where he represented Defendant in various types of civil litigation, including medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. He is admitted to practice in California. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern, and Central Districts of California.

Robert A. Rapkin

Robert A. Rapkin, Senior Associate, was honorably discharged from U.S.A.F. as a turbo/prop airplane mechanic and is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, as well as a first-round participant in the 1985 NCAA Division III Football Championship. While attending the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Mr. Rapkin received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellent achievement in the study of legal ethics. Upon graduation from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, Mr. Rapkin's legal career has spanned over 30 years and includes civil and criminal litigation, in addition to successfully handling more than 6,000 Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty claims throughout his 20-year career with Kimmel & Silverman. He has been featured in numerous television and radio appearances on consumer issues, such as News 10, CN8, and the Big Talker 1210AM. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts.

Robert M. Silverman

Robert M. Silverman is highly regarded throughout the legal community and the automotive industry for his continuing efforts in helping consumers with their Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty claims. Mr. Silverman has been featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer and in other newspaper stories across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as an expert in warranty litigation. Mr. Silverman has worked hard for consumer rights, trying his cases in the Federal and State Courts in which he practices. He has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Silverman earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University School of Law. He is an attorney in good standing and has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
