Erika Toscani

Erika Toscani ensures the delivery of best-in-class service standards, and works to establish and maintain positive retailer/landlord relationships at each of Levin's managed commercial properties. She joined Levin in 2019 and has more than 20 years of property management and industry leadership experience. Prior to joining Levin, she held key management positions at Transwestern and Newmark Knight Frank. Erika earned a bachelor's degree from Centenary College (now Centenary University) and holds a New Jersey real estate license, District of Columbia property management license, along with Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designations. She has been actively involved for more than 15 years with the Building Owners and Managers Association of N.J.

Greg Tocco - EVP

Greg Tocco oversees Levin's property operations, accounting and lease administration, and implements corporate growth initiatives and strategic planning strategy. His responsibilities also include enhancing and maintaining the company's internal quality control systems, and identifying opportunities to maximize the value of Levin's managed properties. Greg joined Levin in 2023 and previously held key management positions at Metro Commercial, Seritage Growth Properties and Rait Financial Trust. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. Tocco is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of ICSC.

Joseph Lowry

Job Titles:

Joseph Lowry oversees the company's new business development and acquisitions efforts, including the evaluation of shopping centers listed for sale and sourcing off-market retail investment opportunities for the firm's clients. He also spearheads the marketing of Levin's third-party services to institutions, fund managers and private owners. The long-time industry veteran joined Levin in 2009. He began his career as a real estate representative for McDonald's Corporation in western Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Levin, he held director-level positions with Equity One and WP Realty. Joe earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of ICSC.

Melissa Sievwright - CMO

Melissa Sievwright heads Levin's corporate branding efforts, implements promotional campaigns for select client properties, and supports the firm's leasing team in marketing vacancies within its commercial real estate portfolio. With a strong background in graphic design and marketing, Melissa strives to help Levin and its clients leverage opportunities resulting from the rapid evolution of online marketing and the increasing technological savvy of the commercial real estate community. To that end, she spearheaded the development and launch of Levin's business-to-consumer marketing services - a key component of the firm's fully-integrated commercial real estate services platform. Melissa joined Levin's marketing department in 2010 and was promoted four times in just over four years, assuming her current position in 2015.

Paul Tavaglione - CFO, EVP

Paul Tavaglione plays a key role in the firm's day-to-day operations, from the management of its financial operations, to the coordination of client properties, to IT oversight - including network processes and cybersecurity - and all phases of human resources and new employee onboarding. He is responsible for the integrity of Levin's financial reporting, as well as its finance, accounting, budgeting, credit, cash management and lease administration functions. Paul is instrumental in transitioning new management assignments to the Levin team and provides operational oversight for key agencies. He also supervises lease administration processes and works with Levin's in-house construction team to oversee capital improvement projects, costs and budgeting. Paul heads the company's risk management operations and serves as Levin's 401K trustee/plan administrator as well. He joined Levin in 2001 as Controller and became Assistant Vice President in 2007. In 2016, he was named Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and in 2017 was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Levin, Paul was an Accounting Supervisor at Edison Properties. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wilkes University.

Rose Meno

Rose Meno is responsible for a variety of finance and accounting functions including Levin's financial reporting, cash flow management, and overseeing vendor payments and receivables, among other duties. She is a financial professional with more than 15 years of diverse experience in all facets of real estate and property management accounting and finance. Rose joined the Levin team in 2023 and previously was portfolio controller for a leading property management firm. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in public accounting from Pace University.

Sidney Singer

Sidney Singer oversees the Levin leasing team and works directly with clients to develop and implement leasing strategies for their properties. He joined the firm in 2018 as a senior leasing representative and has a deep history of retail real estate industry experience in both leasing and property management operations. Sidney has been a stand-out leasing professional during his tenure with Levin, arranging leases with a range of national tenants and playing a key role in strategically retenanting and repositioning properties. Prior to joining Levin, he was a commercial leasing manager at Edgewood Properties Inc./M&M Realty Partners. Sidney also previously owned a successful retail business, which he grew to 15 locations, providing him with a distinctive perspective when it comes to understanding tenant needs and helping both new and expanding retailers navigate the leasing process. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has been an ICSC member since 2006. He received CoStar Group's Annual Power Broker Award in 2021 & 2022 for "Top Retail Leasing Brokers" in Northern New Jersey.

Stacy A. Garrity - Secretary

Stacy A. Garrity has been a key member of Levin's corporate team since joining the firm in 2010. In 2021 she was promoted to Senior Paralegal and also assumed the role of Corporate Secretary. That same year she was elevated to the position of Vice President/Corporate Secretary. She earned a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and is a notary public in New Jersey.

William A. Farber - Chairman, Founder

Bill Farber has been affiliated with the Levin name for more than 50 years. As co-founder of Levin Management Corporation in 1982 with Janice Levin, Bill has led the firm as CEO and now Chairman, through its transition from management arm of the shopping center dynasty founded by the late Philip J. Levin to its present-day status as a leading asset and property manager, and overall service provider to the real estate industry. Bill is a graduate of the New York University School of Law, served as an Army captain in Vietnam, is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey and is a licensed real estate broker in both states. He is a long time ICSC member.
