Jennifer Swanson - CHRO

Jennifer Swanson is LDI's first Chief Human Resources Officer. Jennifer leads human resources functions for LDI's entire portfolio of businesses, including Liberty Paper, Liberty Packaging, Liberty Plastics and Safco office products. As a member of the company's executive leadership team, she guides all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, employee communications, community involvement and talent development. Jennifer joined LDI from Minnesota-based food company 8 th Avenue Food & Provisions, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer. Her experience includes human resources senior management positions in Michael Foods, Ecolab, Target, Bristol-Myers Squibb and other companies. She also worked for the U. S. Department of Defense. Jennifer earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, and her MBA from Southern Illinois University. She holds designation as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).

Jenny Lindstrom - Chief Legal Officer, VP

Jenny Lindstrom is LDI's Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, she has overall responsibility for all legal matters including oversight of the external legal firms LDI retains. Her responsibilities also include Environmental, Health and Safety, Import/Export Compliance, Risk Management and Insurance, and she serves as Secretary to the LDI Board of Directors. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate ethics and business conduct, Jenny supports LDI's growth initiatives in the United States and abroad. Jenny joined LDI from Mitesco, Inc. (publ.), where she was Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors. At Mitesco, she was instrumental in establishing the company's in-house legal department from the ground up and created the company's global ethics program. Prior to her tenure with Mitesco, Jenny was General Counsel & Executive Vice President at Radisson Hotel Group in Minnetonka, MN. Jenny has vast experience with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, employment law, litigation and risk management. Jenny holds a Master of Law degree from Uppsala University in Sweden and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
