Leonard Engineering began in 1987 as a sole proprietorship and was started as a close-knit family business. Having worked over ten years in the industry with larger firms, we were able to begin to develop business by going into the community, identifying clients with project needs, and drawing from that depth of experience to meet those needs. As a small firm, however, success depended upon rapidly gaining a thorough understanding of the industry, determining the most creative but practical solutions, and providing expert design development with sharp presentation documentation and timely delivery. We accomplished this and over time were able to develop a client base with a high level of satisfaction, causing us to have both repeat business from these established clients as well as new business from their referrals.
