He worked with his father's companies up through the ranks as a Union Carpenter to Superintendent, Project Manager, Special Projects Manager, Construction Manager, Owner's Representative for Development, Property Manager, Vice-President of Construction, President and went on to his own General Contracting and Consulting firm in 1985.
