Crystal Bennett

Crystal joined Little Big Brands in 2011, leading the firm's business development efforts. Prior to LBB she spent seven years at CBX, helping grow the company into the global brand consultancy it is today. Prior to that she was a Vice President with Sterling Brands for six years. A self-proclaimed brand fanatic, Crystal is inspired by how people relate to different brands, how they make their choices and what those selections say about them. She's also a true client advocate, ensuring that each project's goals are met and exceeded and working hand-in-hand with creative and management account teams to maximize project success.

Emma Jackson

Job Titles:
  • Studio Manager
Emma arrived at Little Big in 2011. Her previous experience wrangling errant goats on the Disney lot, dressing midget tightrope walkers in Prague, and organizing race teams at Le Mans made her better prepared than she would have expected for daily life at LBB. As studio manager, Emma handles this challenging role with grace and ease and credits her vast experience in media, sales, broadcast production, sponsorship, and artist management with her unique skill set. Emma is a consummate professional and somehow manages to juggle 10 different roles on any given day while keeping the entire team organized and functioning like a well oiled machine. (Did we mention she has a killer accent?)

John Nunziato

John founded Little Big in 2001 with the desire to create a different kind of branding firm: dedicated to always doing what's right for clients while fostering an environment where employees can thrive and truly find balance. Under his leadership, LBB has become a force within the industry. John's 25-year-plus career has included time spent at some of the most respected branding consultancies in the world, and he's been instrumental in successful brand initiatives for clients like Bolthouse Farms, Georgia-Pacific, Unilever, Burger King, Coca-Cola, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Campbell's, Fleet Laboratories and Sun Products Corporation. In 2011, he was named to GDUSA's prestigious "People to Watch" list. John is a frequent speaker at industry conferences like The Dieline, Packaging that Sells and Package Design Matters, and enjoys mentoring and guest-lecturing at colleges like F.I.T. and Syracuse University. Pamela Long

Pam is a hands-on management pro who oversees the client side of our business as well as running key accounts. She has a business mind with a creative sensibility, and expertly walks the line between delivering on business objectives and fostering groundbreaking creative work. She also spearheads agency marketing and PR. Prior to LBB, Pam spent 11 years at DDB Worldwide as director of the New York office's Issues & Advocacy practice, promoting social issues and products with social impact. She also created and managed DDB's Brand Integrity Group, helping companies realize their social responsibility potential. Pam's work has been recognized by the Emmy Awards, One Show, Creativity, Communication Arts and the Silver Anvils. Pam serves on the Greener Package advisory board and expert network as well as Package Design Magazine's editorial board, and is a noted contributor to many branding trade publications.

Richard Palmer

Prior to LBB, his career started in London at Smith & Milton and later Siebert Head. In 2001 he moved to the U.S., working at Landor Associates followed by Sterling Brands for seven years, where he was Associate Creative Director. Richard then held the Senior Creative Director position at Anthem Worldwide New York, significantly shifting the agency's reputation by developing inspired and poignant creative, fostering new client relationships and building a powerhouse design team.

Robin Lauffer

Robin is an experienced brand strategist and firm believer in the power of creativity. For over 25 years, she's helped businesses and brands reimagine what's possible. Whether revolutionizing the beer market by behaving like a fashion brand, heating up the European market with the introduction of a certain little blue pill or inspiring the world's largest healthcare company to use their big for good to change the trajectory of health for humanity, she's a self-professed addict to meaty, complex business and brand challenges. Working across 4 continents and 15 countries, Robin is a keen cultural voyeur with a sharp sensibility for tracking global headwinds and tailwinds and anticipating shifts within the consumer and business landscape/brandscape.
