Alyssa Bausbacher

Alyssa is currently a senior at Liberty University pursuing two Bachelor's degrees in Interior Design and Project Management. She graduated from Berks Career and Technology Center with a certificate in Building Construction Occupations. Alyssa is originally from Pennsylvania, but has lived in Lynchburg while attending college. She believes in the importance of helping clients find a design solution that will work best for them. In her freetime, she enjoys cooking, reading, and crafting.

Amy Burczyk

Amy is a passionate designer, project manager and artist who applies her unique creativity to find solutions others may not consider. She does not believe design should follow the latest trend, rather design should follow the client, timelessly functional with aesthetics that are both beautiful and a narrative of their owners. Amy carries over 28 years in the design, construction and real estate industries including custom home, architectural and commercial design firm experience. She has previously led design and sales teams at Metro Milwaukee's largest home builder and was an award winning recipient of Kitchen Design in Milwaukee's Parade of Homes. Her commercial design and build projects include restaurants, hospitality, business offices and retail spaces. Amy is a graduate of Mount Mary University with a BFA in Interior Design and Fine Art Studies.

ANDY FLINT - President

Job Titles:
  • PRESIDENT
Andy has 26 years experience working with L.G. Flint General Contractors estimating and managing residential and light commercial projects from start to completion. His most recent projects include all types of residential new construction and remodeling work, as well as projects for Riverviews Artspace, Blue Ridge Oral Surgery, Innovative Wireless Technologies, Lynchburg College, Window installations at Liberty University School of Business, Commons Housing, Chiller Plant. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech, (1997) and his designations include Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and AAMA certified window installation. Andy is the former Regional Vice President of the Home Builders of Virginia Executive Committee, the former President of Home Builders of Central Virginia and the former President of Rebuilding Together - Lynchburg. He is proficient in a variety of construction-related software including Sage Master Builder, ProEst and CoConstruct.

Chris Burriss

Chris began working for L.G. Flint in 2015. He moved from his hometown in Maryland to Lynchburg and received a B.S. in Business and M.B.A. from Liberty University. Since starting, Chris has estimated and project managed many residential and commercial projects successfully and very much enjoys working with our wonderful clients. Chris is a husband and father of four boys. He spends most of his time doing those two things, but he also very much enjoys working on his own home, playing tennis, and is a self-proclaimed grill master. He loves anything to do with construction and very much loves to be a part of the various projects he works on.

Jimmy Nunn

Jimmy grew up on a farm in Henry County, Virginia and has lived in Virginia all of his life. He has been with L.G. Flint, Inc. since September, 2013. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Wesleyan University in Norfolk, Virginia. Jimmy has resided in Lynchburg since 2012.

Lloyd G. Flint

L. G. Flint's eldest son Bob Flint, CGR, joined the company in 1975 after his military service and work as an engineer. His commitment to quality is shared by the staff of experienced, full time employees. Bob's son Andy Flint joined the Company in 1997 and is now President of L. G. Flint supported by a strong team of Executives, Superintendents and Staff, some of whom have been with the company for over 20 years. Through the years L.G. Flint, Inc has developed the versatility to tackle a variety of jobs. L.G. Flint builds and remodels residential and commercial structures. Commercial construction ranges from manufacturing and retail builds to college dormitories and churches. L.G. Matt Novack

Job Titles:

Matt grew up in Northern VA before moving to Lynchburg in 2000 where he attended Liberty University and received his degree in Religion . Matt grew up learning construction from his Dad. While he was in college, he worked building custom homes in the summers and joined mission trips to India, Guatemala, and Africa before moving to Guatemala after graduation. There Matt worked with an orphanage teaching skills in entrepreneurship. During that time he learned how to adapt to tough situations and create successful outcomes no matter what. When he returned to the states in 2008, he worked for nine years in commercial construction technology and three additional years in commercial/retail construction with Liberty University before joining LG Flint in 2021. One of Matt's proudest accomplishments was managing the redevelopment at River Ridge Mall and being the GC for Seaquest Interactive Aquarium. Matt, his wife Amanda, and their two boys, Buxton and Holcomb, enjoy working on their house, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends, and occasionally sneaking away for some woodworking. Matt looks forward to working more on the residential side and creating homes that can provide comfort, design and functionality.

Ron Blackwood - VP

Ron attended Liberty University and has been a business owner for most of his adult life. Among his many hidden talents is attention to detail, design and problem solving. He brings creativity and a unique perspective to form and function as well as end use. Ron designed along the side of the architect and developed multiple multi-family communities, condominiums and residential. Ron has also rehabilitated 9 communities, 500,000 SF of commercial space and redesigned numerous homes. During these projects, Ron served as either an owner or owner's representative. He has extensive knowledge of construction, design and construction management. Ron is an avid golfer and wine enthusiast. He and his wife Dana have one daughter Ryien Madison, a senior at Liberty University. Ron's affiliations include Past President and Current President Emeritus of The Miller Home for Girls and Past Chairman of the Lynchburg City Comprehensive Plan.
