A graduate from Texas Tech University with a Master's degree in Architecture. After his graduation, Mr. Phillips traveled abroad and studied old world architecture in Europe to develop his craft. In the years since obtaining his degree, Phillips has pursued industry excellence by gaining invaluable experience in all areas of his field. Mr. Phillips is a licensed architect, general contractor, and real-estate broker. He has designed, built, and sold many projects including houses, schools, banks, stadiums and shopping centers.
