Before starting at Lee Hardeman, I worked with intellectually & physically challenged adults. Although extremely rewarding, there was very little time for any life outside of that. In 2017, I started working at LHCB. I originally started out in the customer service department but eventually a position in Transportation opened up and I was more than willing to take on this new adventure. Aside from Transportation, I also assist in accounts receivable. I love learning and there is always something new to learn in this business. It is fast-paced, always keeps you on your toes and is extremely rewarding. I love helping all businesses (big or small) with their freight needs and making sure their freight/customs process goes as smooth as possible. It may be cliché, but I have always believed in treating others as you would like to be treated and that is something I also ALWAYS apply to my job. When I am not at work, I love being at home watching a good show on TV with my husband (Jake) and 2 dogs (Ghost & Buddy). I am big into my faith and also a very big family person.
Lisa was born in Germany while her father was in the Army and stationed there. Her family moved to Atlanta when she was a small child. She graduated in 2004 from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. Lisa began working for Lee Hardeman Custom's Broker, Inc in 2005 as a receptionist, and moved to the operations department in 2006. This was her first introduction to Customs regulations, and she began learning how to classify products by assigning tariffs to them, run entry summaries, and place customs bonds, eventually becoming our bond manager. Lisa was licensed as a CHB in 2007, and she became CCS certified in 2008, coincidentally the same year she got married. She and her husband, who is a professor at Georgia State, have two girls - a preschooler and a toddler. She enjoys travelling, reading, and finding new recipes to try out on her husband.

Sandy became the Transportation Supervisor in 2004 and obtained her CHB license in the same year. In 2007, Sandy was made the Corporate Secretary. Her CCS Certification was attained in 2008 and she continues with CCS education yearly. Sandy transferred into the Operation Department in 2012 although is still very involved with the transportation side of things. Sandy was promoted to Vice President in 2015.
