With over 12 years of accounting experience, Ms. Motsélisi Ntsása Kalane is a General Accountant and a trusted financial expert with remarkable history of guiding and managing funds of International Nongovernmental Organizations. She has worked both in the public and private sector and currently works as Finance Manager at Jhpiego Lesotho, which is an International NGO that supports Government of Lesotho in delivering health services to Basotho in 10 districts. She manages multi-currency and multimillion Dollar projects. She is also the member of Extended Management Committee within the same organization. Ms. Ntsása got her start in accounting industry at MNM Chartered Accountants & Internal Auditors where she joined as a trainee and later got promoted from Audit Senior to Supervisor of both audit and consultancy divisions. She has worked for the same audit firm for seven years (2014-2020) and during her tenure, she gained vast work experience in Financial Management, Payroll Administration, Grants Management, Subaward Management, Lesotho Income Tax, Audit (Forensic, External, Internal, AgreedUpon), Assets Management and Financial Statements Compilation using both Microsoft Excel and Caseware. She also has an excellent analytical and technical skills earned from auditing and consultancy work experience. Blessing Dirorimwe is a Chartered Accountant (Lesotho) who was admitted by the Lesotho Institute of Accountants as a Chartered Registered Accountant (CRA) in June 2018 after having been a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) from January 2017. Blessing is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance with the University of Northampton form the United Kingdom. Currently Blessing is a partner at New Dawn Chartered Accountants (Lesotho) since September 2017. He is a member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA) council representing the chartered accountants' category and chairs the practicing members committee. Blessing is a member of the Rainbow Toastmasters' Club in Maseru. Blessing's academic journey started in Zimbabwe through ACCA and was completed in Lesotho upon graduating as an affiliate in 2013. He was admitted as a member by ACCA in December 2020. He further went on to obtain Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom in 2022. Blessing holds a certificate from Gordon Institute of Business Science on completion of the Leadership Acceleration Program, Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA and Certificate in Data Analytics from ACCA. Blessing held various accounting positions in Zimbabwe between 2007 and 2008 before moving to Lesotho where he also held a few other accounting roles in 2009. He then moved to MNM Chartered Accountants and Internal Auditors towards the end of 2009 where he went through the firm's system up until he was Assistant Manager. He then joined New Dawn Chartered Accountants in January 2014 as Senior Manager. Blessing was then admitted as a partner at New Daw Chartered Accountants in September 2017. Over the years, Blessing's experience spanned across financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, business advisory and assurance services. He has worked with public and private organizations including non-profit making entities. Some of these organizations are from the manufacturing, medical, FMCG, retail, financial services, petroleum, education, and professional services industries. Blessing has been involved in voluntary work through Junior Chamber International and various other clubs and associations which take care of vulnerable groups within the society and the greatest lesson out of this involvement is that service to humanity is the best work of life. Blessing has taken keen interest in the progression and development of the accountancy profession in Lesotho and has therefore been involved in the council of LIA and its sub-committees since 2012. Blessing has been involved in part-time lecturing at the Centre for Accounting Studies on the ACCA audit modules as well as Institute for Development Management's Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies' audit module. He has facilitated a few training courses including the Revised ISA 540 - Auditing and Accounting Estimates which was provided through LIA. Mr. Brandon Nkwelle CA (L) is the Director and Owner of Esong Consultancy (a management consultancy registered with the Ministry of trade and Industries) and Co-Director of the Pre-Emptive Consultants (PEC). He is also a part-time lecturer, auditor and consultant with 15 years of professional experience in governance, audit & assurance, lecturing, directing and supporting multiple financial operations and serving as a high school teacher. He has an in-depth knowledge of budgeting, planning and management, cash flow forecasting, fund accounting taxing, payroll processing and GAAP. Ms Mamatebele Moreoa TA

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Mamatebele Moreoa has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations and individuals for the past seven years. She currently works as an accountant for the Thaba-Bosiu risk solutions, where she deals with multiple accounting functions including preparation of management and financial reports, of policy renewals reports, banking to mention a few. Fresh from school she began working at Allowance pharmaceutical corporation Lesotho where she served as an accounting intern for 3 years, where she managed client's databases, files LRA PAYE, VAT and income tax returns amongst others. In 2019 she left Allowance pharmaceutical corporation Lesotho to join RNB properties working as an accountant for 3 years, here her roles included preparation of financial statements, remuneration of staff, rental collection, procurement facilitation among other duties she carries out. In March 2023 she joined Morgan Rosso Group as an accountant, dealing with preparing cash projections, interacting with clients and invoicing them, and other accounting responsibilities.

Certified Chartered Accountant; she is a Chartered Registered Auditor with professional experience in both internal auditing and external auditing, financial accounting, management accounting, taxation, enterprise risk management as well as corporate governance. I am a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Registered Auditor, registered with Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). I am also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Global. Within Lesotho Institute of Accountants, I have served in Admissions and Registration Committee, Audit and Risk Committee and currently I serve in the Professional Standards and Quality Assurance Committee also known as the Technical Committee. Furthermore, in the Executive Committee/Board of the Institute of Internal Auditors Lesotho (IIA Lesotho) I serve as Director of Finance for the second term now. I have participated and continuing to do so in ACCA voluntary mentorship program in which two of my mentees are really doing well working within financial institution and hospitality industries within Lesotho and South Africa at both tactical and operational levels. I have successfully established and developed Internal Audit and Risk Management department. I am the founder and Managing partner of Imperium Chartered Accountants, a firm of Auditors and Accountants.
