Yoga expert Kristin Valgeirsdottir has been teaching yoga for a decade. After studying under yoga master Uriel West, she furthered her studies at the Yoga Centre of Iceland (a member of the International Yoga Federation) and at the Etherikos International School of Energy Healing and Spiritual Development, where she was taught by Nicholas C. Demetry, M.D. Since then she has developed a yoga programme for children diagnosed with AD/HD.
