I created LifeQuest to help people to develop their best selves, and to live their best lives using a truly holistic and natural approach. In 2003, I embarked on my personal "life quest" to acquire solid tools, knowledge and methods which would enable me to work with clients in the holistic, natural way, encompassing mind, body, and spirit, which I envision... To this end, I have been in training for many years and I am continuously learning, applying, and integrating the knowledge, methods, and techniques which I have acquired from many different fields of knowledge including standard, academic settings and research as well as from complementary medicine (Ayurveda, Traditional European Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Yoga therapy & Shamanism). In this way, I do my best to serve each of my clients and to address their unique goals, needs, preferences and challenges.
