Adrian Bray

Adrian Bray, P.Geo., is a Director of Logan and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 for the above mentioned project. The QP is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC) as a registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.). Mr. Bray has reviewed and is responsible for the technical information disclosed above.

Carlo Valente - CFO

Mr. Valente is a chartered accountant with a background in corporate transactions, public markets and accounting obtained over a fifteen year span with the Vancouver and Milan offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Valente was most recently Managing Director and his focus over the last twelve years was advising corporations, private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds on M&A transactions, of which a significant portion was in the natural resources sector. Mr. Valente graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1997 with a BBA and obtained his CA designation in 2000. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Evelyn Cox

Ms. Cox brings over 10 years of experience in the public markets within the mineral exploration sector. Ms. Cox is currently the Vice President Corporate Communications for Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Prior to joining Alderon, Ms. Cox was Executive VP Corporate Communications at King & Bay West, a management services company within the mining sector. Ms. Cox received her BSc (Honours) in Geology from the University of British Columbia and has completed the Economic Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Course at Queen's University.

Richard Grayston

Mr. Grayston has spent thirty years in public company management and as a finance and economics consultant. He sits on the board of several different public companies. Mr. Grayston received a Ph.D. in finance and economics from the University of Chicago in 1971, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1969 and a B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia in 1966 and became a Certified General Accountant in 1977.

Sheila Paine - Secretary

For the past 5 years, Ms. Paine has acted as Corporate Secretary for a number of public companies trading on various stock exchanges. In addition, Ms. Paine has over 20 years' experience as a legal assistant, specializing in corporate, securities and regulatory matters. Ms. Paine was a legal assistant to a senior partner in the securities department of a large international law firm. During that time, Ms. Paine was responsible for, among other things, assisting clients with financings, regulatory filings, administering stock option plans, drafting agreements and other legal documents, and working with other staff of the law firm to coordinate the papering and closing of various transactions for public companies.

Stewart Wallis

Stewart Wallis began his career with Cominco Ltd. carrying out exploration for base and precious metals throughout Eastern Canada. Since 1994, he has been the managing director of Sundance Geological Ltd., a consulting company which provides geological services including due diligence, prefeasibility and NI 43-101 Technical Reports on gold, PGE, uranium and base metal operating and exploration properties located throughout the world. Mr. Wallis was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jet Metal Corp. (formerly Crosshair Energy Corp.) (TSX) from 2009 until April 2012, and currently sits on the boards and is a member of the Audit Committees of Jet Metal Corp. (TSX) and SG Spirit Gold Inc. (TSX-V). Mr. Wallis received his B.Sc. in Geology from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. His professional affiliations include APEG B.C.
