Lisa Brubaker, Esq. is a former Wall Street proprietary trader turned legal/business manager and nightlife consultant. Lisa traded index and statistical arbitrage for hedge funds and investment banks before returning to graduate school, earning both her JD and MBA. A 15 year nightlife industry veteran, Lisa has opened and operated venues of various capacities in New York City and Los Angeles, produced/managed events and festivals in a variety of locales and was a partner at a boutique nightlife/lifestyle brand marketing company, functioning as in-house general counsel and as the business specialist, responsible for all things financial and operational, including budgets and economic forecasting. She is an award-winning film producer, and partner at Electric Theater Pictures.
