Betsy Corbin

Betsy Corbin is the Investor Relations and Marketing Director of Lincolnshire. She also serves as the firm's Sustainability Officer focused on the adherence to ESG criteria. Lincolnshire was motivated to clearly communicate their commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and create a policy in line with what has already been practiced at the firm. Working with the Lincolnshire team and portfolio companies, Betsy developed Lincolnshire's ESG Policy. Together with the team at Lincolnshire, she continually looks for ways for the portfolio, and for Lincolnshire, to uphold ESG best practices in all facets of their business. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2015, Betsy worked at the New York location of the Gerald Peters Gallery (Santa Fe, NM) as assistant to the Director, and junior Sales Associate. Betsy holds a BA from Wheaton College. Betsy can be found on the weekends visiting favorite museum collections in New York or enjoying Central Park, of which she is a member of the Central Park Conservancy.

David Corbin

David began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 2021, when he was CEO and Board Member at Fund V portfolio company Barrier Compliance Services. Prior to Barrier David was CEO and Board Member at American Silk Mills. He also added value in executive roles at ZS Fund, Real Home Furnishing by Oak West, Steve Silver Company, Southerland, Inc., Hunt Private Equity Group, Chromcraft Revington, Home Meridian International, Corbin, LLC, and Procter & Gamble. While at Corbin, LLC he won an Inc. Magazine and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award During his tenure at Steve Silver, he led the company to win the prestigious Excellence in Ownership Award in 2014 from the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) as one of the nation's most innovative and high growth ESOP's David holds a BA from Princeton University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude while being a NCAA Division 1 swimmer and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business. George J. Henry - Managing Director

George J. Henry is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is on the Investment Committee. George also leads one of the two execution teams. During the ownership phase, his team is actively involved with each portfolio company and continually looking for opportunities to refine and improve existing businesses. During his nearly two decades at Lincolnshire, George has worked on numerous deals in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 1999, George was an Associate at Bowles Hollowell Conner, a middle-market M&A advisory firm. He previously worked for GAMA Corporation in Washington, D.C. where he developed strategic planning simulations. George holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Darden School of Business at The University of Virginia. He rowed for Harvard and the New York Athletic Club. On weekends he can be found spending time with his wife and two children and enjoys playing tennis and getting out on the water to row.

Griffin Blake-Ward

Griffin Blake-Ward is an analyst at Lincolnshire Management and a member of the firm's deal execution and diligence team. Griffin is responsible for assisting with the evaluation and execution of potential investments, as well as the management and analysis of liquidity events within the current portfolio. Prior to joining Lincolnshire Management in 2021, Griffin was an analyst at Cognizant, a global consulting firm, where he worked within one of Lincolnshire's portfolio companies, developing internal systems, analyzing business practices, and managing construction projects. Griffin graduated from Babson College with a BA in Business Administration. In his spare time, he takes part in competitive shooting sports.

James G. Binch

James Binch is a Senior Advisor at Lincolnshire. During his career with Lincolnshire, Jim was a Managing Director on the Operations Team and has served as interim CEO for Nursery Supplies, Inc. and Latite Roofing, as well as leading major renewal programs at Desch Plantpak, True Temper Sports, Aerosim and Wabash. During such efforts, Jim has initiated complete restructurings of sales channels, manufacturing processes, raw material changes, project management systems, and pricing systems, among other initiatives. Jim has served on numerous boards of directors of the portfolio companies during his time with Lincolnshire, as well serving as lead director and chair of the audit committee of a public company that transitioned to private ownership in 2018. He has was the interim CEO of Nursery Supplies and the interim CEO of Latite. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2007, Jim was President and CEO of Memry Corporation, a publicly traded medical component manufacturer, for nearly fifteen years. Previously, he was an operating group executive with Combustion Engineering and then founded a boutique merchant bank. Jim holds a BS in Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. When not at work, Jim may be found sailing, skiing, playing or coaching ice hockey, and spending time with his grandkids.

James McLaughlin - Managing Director

James McLaughlin is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is on the Operations Team. Jim has worked to originate investment opportunities, on Execution Teams, and has also managed litigations and business disputes for many of Lincolnshire's portfolio companies. He has been a Director of Kathryn Beich and Paddock Pool Construction. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Jim was a partner in the corporate department of the global law firm Pillsbury Winthrop LLP. Jim has over 35 years of experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing merger, acquisition, and leveraged buyout transactions across a broad range of financial services, consumer products, food products, manufacturing, and service industries. Jim holds a BA from Bucknell University and a JD from the Cornell Law School. Jim enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and spending time with family.

Jared Margulies

Jared Margulies is the Assistant Controller of Lincolnshire. Along with the Controller/CCO, he is responsible for the firm's operational and compliance matters, maintaining the Funds' books and records, and coordinating the Funds' audits. Jared holds a BA from Indiana University and an MS from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. Jared is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Outside of the office, he is an avid hockey player, home chef, and Little League coach.

John Comino - Managing Director

John Comino is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is on the Operations Team. John began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 2003, when he was Vice President of Planning, and later Chief Financial Officer of Prince Sports, a Lincolnshire portfolio company. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Aerosim Technologies, another Lincolnshire portfolio company. John developed professionally and personally from his time spent working at Lincolnshire portfolio companies. From Prince, he learned the importance of operational process and metrics, human resource management, and the linkage of strategy to execution. At Aerosim, John greatly appreciated the challenge of executing a turnaround that required both patience and adaptability. In both cases, John had deep respect for the collaborative nature of the Lincolnshire environment - working closely with senior management and maintaining frequent and constructive communication among all parties. John holds a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Columbia University. Outside work, John has a passion for music and sports. John enjoys playing the guitar and the piano, and is an avid runner, aiming to run 1,000 miles a year. John also is a competitive masters coxswain, competing four times in the Head of Yarra regatta in his native Australia.

John O'Connor - Managing Director

John O'Connor is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is on the Origination Team. In this role, John sources deals and add-on acquisitions through his extensive relationships with finders and brokers throughout the US and Europe. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2011, John was Managing Director at Barclays Bank Ireland, and head of The Bank of Ireland Acquisition Finance business with responsibility for sponsor coverage in the US, UK, Europe, and Australasia. For 13 years John was based in New York and headed the structured finance activities of MeesPierson, a Dutch Merchant Bank and part of the ABN AMRO group, and prior to that was with UBS in London. He has extensive experience in structured and leveraged finance having completed over 30 buyout transactions in industries ranging from transportation, engineering, retailing, financial services and energy. Prior to joining UBS, John worked at Nat West and KPMG. John holds a BA from University College Dublin and completed an executive education program at the Tuck School of Business. An avid sportsman, John has completed the NYC marathon three times and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro twice. In Ireland, he is a chair of the Dublin Neurological Institute.

John Waldron

John began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 2020, when he was CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board at realized Fund V portfolio company Schumacher Electric Corporation. He spent 24 years at Schumacher Electric company rising through the ranks from VP of Operations, EVP, President and eventually CEO. Prior to Schumacher John was with MagneTek Better Coil and Transformer Corp for 21 years where he served as Controller and left as VP of Operations. In his leadership roles, he learned the importance of operational processes, new product launches, and strategy development and execution. John has a deep respect for the challenges a management team can face in growing a company. John holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph's College. Outside work, John enjoys woodworking, carpentry, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family.

Kevin Nappi

Kevin Nappi is the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer of Lincolnshire. His responsibilities include overseeing the accounting, financing, and administration functions of the firm. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Kevin was the Controller for Hampshire Equity Partners, a private equity investment firm. His previous experience also includes serving as the Domestic Cash Equities' controller at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., where he worked closely with its team of trading professionals. Kevin began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen LLP, in their Philadelphia office's Audit and Business Assurance practice. Kevin holds a BS from Villanova University. In his personal time he enjoys time with his family, including coaching his son's youth sports teams.

Matt Landolphi

Michael J. Lyons - President

Mike Lyons is the President of Lincolnshire Management with 35 years of experience in operations, finance and senior management. Mike is a member of the Investment Committee and has been involved in the successful acquisition and realization of over 40 companies during the past 20 years at Lincolnshire. He began his affiliation with Lincolnshire in 1994 when he was named Chief Operating Officer at one of the Lincolnshire portfolio companies. He has significant operating experience, having served in such roles as President, COO and CFO at a range of middle market companies in the manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and service industries. Mike's experience includes such successful Lincolnshire transactions as Wabash, PADI, National Pen, Amports, Prince, Riddell, BMS and many others. He has served in interim executive roles including Flight Training Acquisitions, Latite and Computer Technology Solutions. Mike has also played an integral role in the successful execution of various financial and operational restructurings and turnarounds for a select number of portfolio companies. He started his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouse. Mike is a graduate of Boston University, summa cum laude and valedictorian (B.S.B.A.), and has an MBA from Harvard University. He is an avid sports and music fan, and his experience in restructuring carries over to his personal interests - in his spare time he enjoys renovating and restoring historic homes. Mike serves on the Deans Advisory Board for the Boston University Questrom School of Business where he was the Commencement Speaker in 2012.

Previously, Nicolas was a Junior Associate at Equitas Partners, a boutique investment banking firm in Peru with a focus on mid-market mergers and acquisitions. Ottavio Serena di - Managing Director

Ottavio Serena di Lapigio is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire and is on the Origination Team. He has been responsible for a variety of deals, such as Fabbri, True Temper, Prince, Aerosim, and American Coach Lines, as well as assisting on acquisitions and divestiture of portfolio companies. With Ottavio's strong ties to Europe, he has helped develop the firm's international reach, which resulted in several acquisitions abroad. Ottavio has over 25 years of experience in investing and arranging leveraged acquisitions as a principal investor, institutional sponsor and fiduciary. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, he was involved in buyouts with Citicorp Venture Capital, mainly in commercial and investment banking, including Bankers Trust Company and J.P. Morgan & Co. Ottavio graduated from Universita' degli Studi di Roma. He is fluent in several languages: Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Ottavio served as a second lieutenant in the Carabineri division of the Italian armed forces. Outside of work, Ottavio is a passionate commercial certified active pilot, and loves to sail, hunt, bike and ski. He travels frequently, primarily to Europe.

Philip Jakeway III - Managing Director

Philip Jakeway III is a Managing Director on the Lincolnshire Operations Team, actively serving as the firm's Chief Talent Officer. Since joining Lincolnshire in 2014, Phil has been a driving force behind the company's talent acquisition initiatives. He directed the search, interviewing, and hiring process for C-suite and executive positions including the hiring of CEOs (Dalbo and Latite) and CFOs (Latite and True Temper). As founder and CEO of The Supporting Cast in New York, Phil brings 25 years of experience to that effort. In addition to focusing on sales management and marketing at Lincolnshire's portfolio companies, Phil has been involved in the service expansion at Latite. Phil was also the CEO of American Business Institute. Phil holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University. When he is not travelling for the company, he enjoys fishing, golf, and water sports.

Philip Kim

Philip Kim is a Co-Managing Partner of Lincolnshire and a member of the Investment Committee. He also heads one of the two deal execution teams. In connection with his responsibilities at Lincolnshire, Phil holds or has held positions as a Director and/or Officer at various portfolio companies including Barrier, Schumacher, Powerhouse, AMPORTS, Holley Performance Products, True Temper Sports, DHI Energy Service, Nursery Supplies and Desch Plantpak. His experience at Lincolnshire has involved a number of operational situations including extensive restructurings of companies through business and economic cycles, most notably with Wabash National, True Temper Sports, DHI Energy Service and Nursery Supplies. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2003, Phil was an Associate at Knickerbocker LLC, a private investment management firm, where he was primarily involved in the execution and management of alternative investments. He started his career as an Analyst at Fortress Investment Group LLC. Philip is a graduate of Harvard University, and his passions include the performing arts. He studied viola and composition at Juilliard Pre-College, and continued performing and writing classical music at Harvard, where he received his A.B. in Economics.

Pieter Kodde - Managing Director

Pieter Kodde is a Managing Director of Lincolnshire's Origination Team. Through his international network of investment banks, brokers and business relationships, Pieter sources platform investments and add-on acquisitions for Lincolnshire. He has been on the boards of Nursery Supplies, Desch Plantpak, Phoenix, Rapid Ocean Response Corporation and Allison Marine Holdings. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2005, Pieter spent 12 years with Rabobank International in San Francisco and New York and was the Founder and Head of the Leveraged Finance Group for North America, responsible for origination and execution of over 50 buy-out transactions in the Food & Beverage Industry. Before joining Rabobank in North America, Pieter worked with ABN AMRO in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil in Treasury and Corporate Finance.

Stephen Dawson

Stephen Dawson is an Analyst at Lincolnshire and is a member of the firm's Deal Execution and Diligence Team. He is responsible for conducting operational due diligence of new investment opportunities and supporting current portfolio companies in the implementation of operational and financial initiatives. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, Stephen worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was an Assistant Manager within the firm's Foreign Direct Investments Assurance Department, working on some of PwC's biggest audit clients in the medical supplies, fuel and retail industries. Stephen studied at the Dublin Institute of Technology, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland. Stephen loves to stay active and likes to go rock climbing and play golf in his spare time.

T.J. Maloney - CEO, Chairman

T.J. Maloney is the Chairman and CEO of Lincolnshire Management, which he joined in 1993. T.J. is on the Investment Committee and is actively involved with the portfolio companies. Prior to joining Lincolnshire, T.J. practiced merger, acquisition and securities law in New York City. He is the former Chairman of the Boston College Wall Street Council, and has served on the Board of Trustees at Boston College and Fordham University. T.J. has lectured extensively and has been a guest lecturer at several universities including the Columbia University MBA Program. He is the 2007 recipient of the Richard J. Bennett Memorial Award, presented by Fordham Law School in recognition of corporate leaders with the highest moral standards.

Tad Nedeau

Tad Nedeau is a Co-Managing Partner, leads the Origination Team, and is a member of the investment committee. Tad is based in Chicago. Tad works to continually enhance Lincolnshire's business development relationships, built over 30 years, with a wide variety of intermediaries. He works closely with Lincolnshire professionals, many of which have expertise and experience across a wide variety of industries, to find the most suitable acquisition opportunities. Tad has appreciated the Lincolnshire culture that encourages open communication and input on potential deals from not only the Investment Committee, but from all Lincolnshire professionals who come from a variety of cultural backgrounds, and have a comprehensive level of expertise in a number of different industries. The entire team consistently shares their relevant experience and best practices to support the origination effort and find the best possible investments. Prior to joining Lincolnshire in 2017, Tad was National Account Manager for Smithfield Foods. While at Smithfield, Tad was responsible for managing Smithfield's consumer packaged good sales to both Walmart and Sam's Club. Tad holds a BA from Miami University (Ohio). Tad is an avid fisherman and can be found most weekends fishing out on Lake Michigan or in Wrigleyville rooting on his favorite hometown team, the Cubs.

Thomas R. Callahan - Managing Director

Tom holds an AB from Harvard College. An avid car enthusiast, Tom has a passion for collecting and restoring high performance vintage automobiles.

Vineet Pruthi - CEO

Vineet Pruthi is the Senior Managing Director of Lincolnshire. Vineet is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance professional with experience in growth situations, turnarounds, and start-ups. His industry experience includes wholesale and retail, direct marketing subscription services, pharmaceutical and fashion industries. Vineet holds a BS from Bombay University and an MBA from Rutgers University. He is an avid reader.
