Since 1985, we have practiced together as partners, principals or managers in public accounting. In 2004, we formed Gould & Pakter Associates, LLC to continue providing trial lawyers, their clients, receivers, business owners and others with professional services related to dispute resolution, commercial/business litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, family law proceedings and investigations... We are members of the Forensic and Valuation Services Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Illinois CPA Society; the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts; the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors; the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners; the Chicago Bar Association and other fine professional organizations. We are proud to be involved with and to support several philanthropic, pro bono, medical research and community not-for-profit social welfare and service organizations.
