Local 310 is a major participant in and supporter of the Ohio Laborers' Training Center, where our members receive training in the latest techniques and certification programs in the construction industry. Our Training Center provides a residential campus like setting where our members can avail of an extensive curriculum ranging from one day to two week courses... Local 310 is a chapter of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA), an organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., that boasts a membership of 850,000 throughout the United States and Canada... Local 310 provides qualified asbestos and hazardous waste abatement workers to the industry. Our members are found in supervisory positions in the industry and with increasing frequency having overall responsibility for major projects.
