Over the last 35 years, I've worked with a wide variety of issues and populations. People come to therapy wanting help with mood problems, depression, anxiety, job dissatisfaction and job stress, blocked creativity and productivity, low self esteem, relationship problems, family problems, academic troubles, and many other unique situations. I tend to work in a strength based, client centered approach, helping you find the way you prefer to work on your particular situation. Health has physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual dimensions- all impact your ultimate well being, so we find ways to include these dimensions in your treatment.
